Good morning, I am writing on behalf of my elderly father, who is now at the South Bend Indiana station. He has been there since 1pm yesterday (July 9th). He is currently traveling to Elyria, Ohio. We went on line to buy the ticket, was showed a price of $151.00 tried to pay for it got a message telling us it could not be purchased on-line. We then went to the local Bus stop and the lady brought up the same but when we went to pay for it it cam up we had to pay 191.50 fr the ticket. Hello I'm pissed at grayhound. They have been putting me through a bunch of ***. All I want is my luggage. I have no clothes because of them. I had my U.S. Air Force PT gear in that luggage alone with my Air Force basic training ring. They lost about $1650 worth of my things. It's all I had to my name now gone. I purchased tickets to leave Pittsburgh, PA to Cincinnati, OH to leave at 7am 6/29/2014 and while waiting to board the bus, we were told that the bus was full. I had to talk to staff, who were yelling and treating customers poorly, to find a new way to Cincinnati. I have never traveled with Grayhound before and decided to purchase a ticket as I was traveling to the States for a family wedding. Before purchasing my ticket, I called customer service at least 5 times to get all information required amd to make sure I would get a full100 % refund. Headed home to Flagstaff, AZ from Tucson on 5-31-14. Bus overheats north of Phoenix- about halfway. Bus returns to Phoenix and gets to Flagstaff about 8 p.m., 7 1/2 hours late.
