The worst company to go to. Right now I'm stranded at greyhound. Crazy right how the heck someone get stuck at the bus station who took the time and book the *** tickets a day ahead. So I'm waiting about 7 hours. Maybe they find me a ride. I mean I did pay for it. Add comment

The "bus driver" a woman was rude and unprofessional . i love my sisters but she is one that i wouldnt want in my circle and i love everyone black white rich or poor.i was leaving Charlotte NC traveling to Asheville NC. Went online to book a trip from New Haven, Ct, to Boston, MA. $26 quote non refundable dollars to a MasterCard, with Greyhound. During the scavenger hunt to get the best rates possible, a printed copy, option or will call digital, I mean why go online at all if they are just going to deny my smartphone version of the ticket? I recently contacted greyhound down in Texas about an exchange time on my ticket and spoke with hector, I was unaware that greyhound has so many new rules now, had I known that I was gonna pay almost $30 for a ticket that I cannot use is very ridiculous. ***WARNING*** if you are planning to take a trip on this cheap company please read this review. You'd rather walk from Dallas to Chicago than riding on of their buses. I bought a ticket from El paso TX to Ciudad Juarez for 10:45pm. I’m very disappointed with my multiple experiences when using Greyhound as my form of transportation during travel. The customer service for one is horrible, and this behavior is evident at each terminal. I think Greyhound should implement training on customer service which is essential to any business that wants to KEEP its current customers, and gain new ones. One of the worst services in the world… This is amazing, this is the first time I ride a bus… We have listened the “Greyhound” brand so many times that we wrongly consider the service was excellent. Traveling from Lubbock to EL Paso Texas, a 6 hrs trip took me 14!!!. The bus broke down and after 8 hours they could not send a bus to pick us up. My husband drove from El Paso to pick me up…. I am highly disappointed with Greyhound. I was traveling to visit a family member from Pittsburgh, PA to Binghamton, NY. We made one rest stop the entire way up there, along with two layovers that were absolutely miserable. There was no food available other than tiny gas station stores. There was terrible wifi and no charging stations on the buses. We were promised frequent rest stops, decent wifi, and charging stations. The only good thing... Read more
