Today is june 21. 2014 A while back my son bought tickets for bus transportation from greyhound. They apparently oversold the bus seats some customers chose to take a later because they didnt have enough seats on this bus, my son and his girlfriend have no choice but to take this bus they have yankee game tickets and would miss the game going on a later bus. My name is verina bailey I was traveling to portland oregon from phoenix az and our bus broke down on us on our very first stop we stayed out there from like two in the morning til almost eight in the morning we were told we would receive a refund for the trouble this is my second time writing you in regards to this I asked for a response so that I'd know what is going on but haven't received... I found someone's lost ticket this morning and tried to call the office to report it so the poor *** might get another ticket, but *** its too much trouble for some lazyass down in the office of Birmingham to pick up the *** PHONE. I have never traveled with Grayhound before and decided to purchase a ticket as I was traveling to the States for a family wedding. Before purchasing my ticket, I called customer service at least 5 times to get all information required amd to make sure I would get a full100 % refund. Headed home to Flagstaff, AZ from Tucson on 5-31-14. Bus overheats north of Phoenix- about halfway. Bus returns to Phoenix and gets to Flagstaff about 8 p.m., 7 1/2 hours late. Made three trips to find my lost backpack, which I paid $15 to store under the bus. Found it in a storage shed. Did not receive a phone call or notification. Employees have a poor attitude. I absolutely hate dealing with this *** company and the way they treat human beings like luggage. Rude, ***-of-the-earth employees who talk down to you cause they know they can get away with it cause they have no real competition here. I work in a theme park, if I talked to guests the way they talk to their customers I would not have a job. Do not give your $$ to Greyhound on principle cause they... Read more

On May 30, 2014, I drove my brother to the Saint Augustine, Florida bus drop to catch a 7:30 bus. Three others were waiting for that same bus. It never showed up and repeated calls to customer service resulted in no customer service. I could not believe the incompetence we experienced. Fortunately, I paid with a credit card and they will never get paid. We will never go Greyhound again. ... Read more

I want to start off by saying this was the first time I have ever took such a long round trip with my family from Boston to Florida and it was one of most traumatizing things we ever had to experience. Another passenger took our bag by mistake. She brought it right back to Greyhound in LA. We called LA Greyhound for 4 hours, during business hours, and no one ever picked up the phone. Called customer service, waited at least 15 minutes on each occasion before someone live came on the line, and they either gave me the same phone number no one would pick up, or put me on hold and ended up...
