First time traveler. Was confused if I had to get back in the same bus. Coming off the bus, I tried asking the driver if I could ask him a question, and he didn't let me speak at all. And in returned yelled at me as if I was a child, to get behind a yellow line. I said if you aren't going to help me I need to at least go back on the bus and get my bag. What should have been an easy, less than 2-day trip turned into more than 3 due to late departures and arrivals. This company needs to improve their scheduling, re-educate their employees on customer service and keep their depots cleaner and free of homeless people. I took greyhound from Charleston wv March 6th 2015 at that point and time the bus was late pulling out on top of that they drove abd did nit let passengers off to eat breakfast or lunch or dinner for over 12 hours or more I ride the bus for 33. Booked a ticket online two days prior for a 1:30 PM trip. Arrived an hour early to make sure my web purchase went through correctly. Bus arrives about 20 minutes late and there is roughly 40+ people waiting for this bus. The bus has no room for us. Drivers not know route takes us down roads in safe .a tripe that should have taken 8hours took three days .had to have police escort. No heat on bus .didn't know how to drive bus.cut off semi drivers how much is a person suppose to take everyone on this bus should get money back .even corporate office don't care about the passages as long as they make money greed gets people Add comment

Approached bus my nephew was about to board. Ask the driver a question. Without looking at me, he snapped back a snide answer, climbed on the bus, closed the door and drove away, leaving us standing there with no alternative but to chase the bus to the next terminal about 80 miles away, where my nephew ultimately boarded a different bus. What was scheduled as a 34 hour bus trip has turned into a 4 day ordeal! I understand weather delays, but delayed passengers should be the top priority. I'm missing doctors appointments and now going to be home 14 hours before I have to leave again instead of the 3 days that were planned and greyhound doesn't even say they are sorry Add comment

I WENT TO THE LAS VEGAS TERMINAL TO COMPLETE A ROUND TRIP GOING BACK TO MY HOME IN SAN FRANCISCO.
