Bus driver Stephen Darrick is a rude, rude man who uses his "authority". To bully passengers. He rudely instructed a passenger, attempting to board the bus with a box, to get down with the box. Yesterday night, I boarded in Cleveland to arrive at Washington (June 1st, 2015; Bus number: 6409). In Pittsburg everyone was asked to leave the bus (as their policy). When we boarded back at 2 am (june second), the driver realised that one of my carry on bags were too big to be carry on. And he started to make sentences such as "here, in the US.." I do not care if they are always late, but I had a ticket for a specific Greyhound bus at a specific time (the ticket conditions say the ticket will be void anywhere else). The bus arrived, but the driver told me that the bus was full and threatened to call 911 if I had something to complain and then took off. I had an extremely uncomfortable experience this trip. Three legs of my trip have been crammed full which should not be allowed. I am extremely pissed at the sorry state of room on these buses. If my final leg is crammed full and I have no room I am going to demand a full refund and file a complaint with the BBB. They need to quit seeing how full they can cram these buses. A Bus ticket was purchased Conf#5674555801, for myself, explaining that I was Disabled, and have a Brain Disease, and would need help all the way to my destination. Pathetic Greyhound. I booked tkt from Anaheim to San Jose. Was scheduled to be picked at 2.10PM at Anaheim, and connecting bus at 4.15PM from LA. Greyhound has the worst customer service possible. A mistake was made in purchasing a ticket and they are doing nothing as it was non refundable. All i wanted to do was change the day and they would not allow it, as it was not 24 hours prior to boarding. Will never use Greyhound again. Add comment
