My bus never stop and picked me up at a assignment location

I contacted the customer service line and was blown off told that there's no supervisor on duty that they couldn't fix my problem anything they could do to not give me what that I deserve which is the service I paid for that that the bus never stopped to take me to my location yesterday so I'm asking them basically to give me a deferment on my ticket so that I could leave today from that same location the same time and go to the same location of it I have emails of it but yet they don't want to talk to me they want me to send another email to their customer service ***

Greyhound - Failure to Refund

The booking amount was deducted twice from my account because of a technical glitch on Greyhound's website. I called Greyhound from the PISSED consumer on 11/02/2023 at 02:39:56 and was assured by their team that the transaction would be refunded.

But upon checking with my bank, I was informed the following...

According to our records, the transaction from your SBI Card, dated 2/11/2023 for Rs.2936.57 was confirmed by GREYHOUND Los Angeles, CA, on 4/11/2023.

I haven't heard from them since. Upon calling onto their customer care, no one is picking up either, even after waiting for a long time.

So now on trip back a bus driver got off bus said another driver wouls be coming.Over 2 hrs later those on bus were told a driver would be coming AFTER IT HAD BEEN 3HRS!!Oh by the way bus was left running!

Horrible communication regarding delays.
No driver for one the trips.
Just overall sucky!!!
When i called i was told multiple times had to email, no issues are resolved over the phone.
Plus there was a huge amount of background noise when I was on the call like it was a family get together or even a party!!!

They charged me twice for one ticket. When I tried to explain that your company computer charge me twice, they have given me the run around . All I asked the company to refund the 127.13 back into my account but instead. Instead of a refund , the tried to give me a pass. The company computer was responsible, I shouldn't be charge twice. All I want is a refund.

Greyhound offered me a "good faith" virtual travel voucher. The amount was less than I had paid out, they gave me a time frame within which to use the voucher and it was a one shot redeemable deal.

I used the voucher for a grandchild's event but the cost came to far less than what I lost. I got the ___ end of the stick on this one. I still have a balance which I can't use. And the worst part of all, is that none of this is my fault.

This came about because of changes within the company and I ended up getting screwed.

I can't even use the full amount of the "good faith" voucher. don't think I'll be using GH anytime soon!

I purchased tickets in November. I understand that you changed systems. I can not get anyone to give me a new confirmation number for my upcoming trip. I returned a call to bernadine and never got a call back. The number is no longer in service. I went to 42nd st and rep couldn't help me. Old no is 138528**** and 02. Travel date 4/5/23.

Greyhound will not send my stuff up to Kingman Arizona with my medicine paperwork in it for my hospital for my heart doctor they keep telling me to call the number back the same number I'm getting the

Because you sent my personal belongings to another state and I have to have them it's an emergency for my heart doctor you have all my you know some of my medicines my clothes my paper for the doctor

MI had made a reservation Booking no. 306105**** to Tucson, AZ. I went to Vignes St. to catch the bus at 10:45 pm. Another person and myself were waiting there until 1:00 am. The bus never showed up. In the system we could see that the bus was already on its way to Tucson. It was late but it tried to mark it as if it did stopped in L.A. That is false information. I was forced to buy another ticket for 3/7 when I had intended to be in Tucson on 3/6. I am requesting a voucher for the amount of the lost trip. Thanks for your help.
