Complaint and refundPoor service

Have been trying to phone Greyhound about three times and can not get hold of a customer service operator. No feed via email or phone. If I can not get hold of them or no feedback then the issue can not be resolved. By buying time they can prolong the problem long enough so that the paying back of money is no longer an option

They lost 3 bags of mine… nobody will call me back and there’s been no one at the greyhound for me to talk to so I called the 800 number

I hate it because I had over $10,000 of my stuff in those cases and they are making no effort to resolve the issue

User's recommendation: Make people show Id to retrieve luggage.

The worst customer service on the planet. There is an extreme communication grap with the reps. They barely speak English. When they cannot resolve the issue or you ask for a Supervisor the put you on
