While buying online I thought they were asking if card was mine instead they were asking if ticket was,called right after and they said they couldn't change it sounds to me like it's a scam never used app before now I have voucher if I get they to them tried 4 times

" I thought " You thought huh? That's not what you said when agreed to their terms of service.

You told them you knew what was going on and agreed. Do not agree to any terms if you haven't read or understand them. Thinking is what you didn't do and now it came back on you.

Blame yourself. OK...Here it comes...."You must work for them."

Steer clean away from Greyhound Bus Company

They lost my daughters luggage. I was told we had to wait 3 months to file a claim. From the very start of contacting them they were told the bus driver kept her ticket stub and no one told her she had to put a tag on her luggage. Now they are claiming without the ticket stub they will not give her a check for her lost luggage. This all started Sept 4th 2019, and we are still fighting with Greyhound. Very poor Customer Service.

You should have caught you an Uber. It would have costed you alot less than one thousand dollar.

Those taxi drivers charge you an arm and a leg just to go a few miles.

It is Highway Robbery, I tell you. For one thousand dollar you could have stayed weekly rate of 400 dollar at the Knight's Inn in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and had plenty of money leftover to pig out at McDonalds next door, an American Crap Fast Food Style Restaurant and had money to pay for KaShondra and her friends to keep you company.

Don't lie to a customer what kind of services you have even in person . Your ad on the internet are lies you need to update on the condition on your buses because they are all lies even your WiFi

Booked and paid over phone call and was assured I would not have to transfer on another bus I was told it's a direct from Austin,TX to Harlingen,TX. I told this agent I am disabled and mom is 82yrs old, and we did not want to transfer buses due to those Health conditions and an elderly woman. And we almost lost a suit case in the bus that was headed to Laredo,Tx due to the Austin,TX supervisor in the bus area lied to us also and all these bus drivers and supervisor didn't want to help us with our luggage we struggled just to get our luggage from lobby to bus terminal. I did call and filed a several complaints. 2nd bus transfer WiFi was not working and I was told by agent that your company had it in every bus. So our trip was horrible when I was a teenager my sister's and I would take greyhound or Continental bus trips to Brownsville,TX and the service was great your service needs to really go to the junkyard. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ONLY BECAUSE YOUR BUSES ARE REALLY HAVE FOR TRIPS.THAT I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT IT WAS THE OPPOSITE. THANK YOU FOR THIS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE TRIP. I NEED TO LEAVE HARLINGEN BACK TO AUSTIN AND EXPERIENCING VERY HIGH PRICING ESPECIALLY ON MY SECOND SUIT CASE AND 2 SMALL DUFFLE BAGS AND MY CARRY ON ALSO THIS IS RIDICULOUS I HAVE MY EXPENSIVE BREATHING EQUIPMENT., MY PURSE AND MY INSULIN POUCH.AND SUPPOSE TO PUT THAT UNDER CARRIAGE BECAUSE I CAN ONLY TAKE 1 CARRY ON IN THE BUS. I've not ridden on any of the new-fangled Greyhound buses yet (my last trip was in 2005), but I am sure that they are every bit as uncomfortable and miserable as they were when I used to ride them back in the day. It was like a combination mental hospital, homeless shelter & jail on wheels.

I reached Baltimore station at 12 pm and my bus to salasburry 2 pm and the mentioned that there is delay bus will start at 4.50 pm at 4.30 I ask ground staff and show them my ticket they told me it is your mistake you miss 2 pm bus and dont talk and go back in very bad way

I had been backsliding for quite some time, but then I Refound Jesus at the Pentecostal Church. Now I'm trying to leave a clean life and have pure thoughts and do good deeds.

Also I am going to treat my body like the Temple that it is and not put any garbage food into it.

That means no more fast junk food for me. I'm learning how to cook at home now and trying not to be yoked in with nonbelievers.

The driver is very hostile. He had the heat set on 75 from the minute we all boarded the bus(Bus number 86902 Sunday,22 2019 9:15 am Ohio He told us at the start of the trip that if it was to hot or to cold to let him know. So a couple of hours into the trip a passenger 2 rows back got up and came to the front where the driver is and he said excuse me sir several times and then gently tapped on the glass to try to get the drivers attention. The driver totally ignored him and he sat back down. A few minutes later I began to sweat from the high heat and I was sitting directly behind the bus driver. So I leaned into the plexiglas and said excuse me sir several time and he dismissed me with his rolling eyes the third time I tried to get his attention. When he did that I politely ask him if he could turn the heat just alittle it is very hot on this bus. I asked that 2 more time and as I thought he couldn't hear me I spoke just alittle louder. I asked him one more time and his response was there is other passenger's on this bus. Mind you me and the another passenger was the only people to ask him any question at all. Then when we made a stop he jumped up out of his seat and opened the little door and got in my face and said who the *** am I to talk to him this way. Everyone on the bus said I wasn't being rude or disrespectful to him at all. He is very hostile and doesn't care about the passengers at all. This man need to lose his job for the way he came at me over us just politely asking him multiple time to please lower the heat a little bit. I will never ride grey hound again. This bus driver has a real hasty attitude.

Maybe the driver was from the jungles in Africa where it is hot all of time and that's why he wanted the heat up so high on the bus. Just like when you have tropical birds and you have to keep it real warm in the room that you keep it in for them. Because that's what they are most comfortable with.

Pricing showed on the web 51$ one way from San Francisco to Santa Barbara. The lady at the counter told me 3 days ago that I could buy the ticket just before my arrival but the price may change for couple of bucks more. Result...the pricing is 92$!!! That's what I call a "steal" or "ripping off people"! In French...du vol! You should be ashamed working for such a company. If there is no modification on the pricing of my ticket I will surely let people know via web how you treat your customers. It is my first time with Greyhound and it will be my last. I promess you. It sounds like you should have just thumbed you a ride. Then with all of the money that you had saved, you could have treated the person giving you a ride with gas money and a delicious meal from a nice restaurant.

I think that Greyhound should be taken over by the government and that people should be allowed to ride Greyhound for free, anywhere they wanna go, any time that they need to go there. The buses could become defacto shelters for the homeless, and no-one would have to forced to hitch-hike anymore because they didn't have the money for bus fare.
