Greyhound - Extremely Rude terminal employee
Rode Greyhound today for first and last time. I can’t believe how rude I was treated by person at terminal in Louisville KY today. These employees need to realize that customers are how they get their paychecks. There’s a lot of competition in the travel industry and Greyhound could be top notch company but it needs to train its employees to be respectful to its customers. Poor management at the top that don’t give a hoot I guess.

I have a solution to many of the problems with Greyhound.They should start only filling up their buses halfway and give each passenger two adjacent seats. I'm sure that people would be willing to pay 50% more for their tickets to be able to have some private space...Read more

Every time I ride the Greyhound to or from Eureka, California and Florida I always have a layover in San Francisco. I always make a dash through the urine soaked streets of the Tenderloin District so that I can buy myself some affordable food from Jack In The Box. I am always very unimpressed with the scenery. A far cry from the beautiful image of the Golden Gate Bridge that you always see advertised. I think that Greyhound should have a restaurant in it's San Francisco station that serves up reasonable priced food. Maybe they could even convince Jack In The Box to put in one of their restaurants inside or adjacent to the station.
My sister left Elizabeth City, NC on Sunday morning, December 23rd on Greyhound bus headed for Greenville, NC. This bus was 20 mins late. Because of this, she missed her bus connection in Greenville.....and the next bus connection in Raleigh, NC . as well. She was put...Read more

Baggage was not loaded ob bus because driver was unprofessional and forgot ro load the bag on bus and did not help me find it.Read more
Paid for a short commute. Forty five minutes is all. Bus never showed. Asked for a credit to apply to next week. They, Greyhounds customer service, will do every thing they can to invalidate that...their bus did not show. Do what ever you can NOT to use this bus line....Read more
