5-hour delay on the bus from LA to San Jose. Staff at SJ station said, 'Yes, the bus was late, but you should have booked an express bus.' I didn't even get an apology for the absurd delay.

14 hours from LA to San Jose!! (Megabus does SJ-LA in 6 hours.) The driver did not know the way, had to ask the passengers the whole time where to go.

Seats are very uncomfortable (window seats have some metal pieces that hurt a lot, plastic support for the seat belt is located right next to where your head should be on the seat, seats are incredibly hard), no curtains... Good luck if you travel at night and try to get some sleep!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $24.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Price.

I didn't like: Customer service, Delay, Discomfort.
