Greyhound - Baggage Policy Review from Leawood, Kansas

The driver for the Cleveland bound bus leaving Columbus on November 1st 2014 at 5:10 am was extremely rude and unprofessional to put it mildly. I observed him deliberately intimidate and threaten two female passengers until they boarded the bus in tears and visibly shaken. I witnessed two of the baggage handlers exibit similar behavior. Obviously Greyhound management has no requirement or policy governing the behavior of Greyhound emloyees with regard to treating customers with respect. This location should be avoided during the night shift. Absolutely horrible. I will never ride another Greyhound.

I think I know which driver you are talking about. I had a similar guy from Cleveland to Indianapolis and he was extremely rude and yelling at some women and telling us that we were wasting his time.

He yelled at this one lady that was speaking on the phone saying she needed to quiet that *** because nobody wants to hear any of it. And the lady didnt even speak english.

He also told us that we were supposed to reach Indianapolis at a certain time but we were living in a fairy tale cuz that isnt going to happen. Extremely horrible guy.

Greyhound is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Extremely rude, obscene employees. They extort you with their rates when they suddenly "can't find" your advance purchased ticket and make you pay 3 times as much for a new one on the spot. No one listens to you. I had a supervisor literally laugh in my face when I was trying to report my problem. They clearly don't care about their customers or their company. I hope this business goes under. **** you greyhound. ****. You.

Greyhound - My daughter's winter clothes she needs for college undelivered

We traveled by car from California to Georgia, because that was the most convenient way of getting our cars here. We however had a problem with how to fit my daughters suitcases that she needed to start college in August. A friend of ours told us about Greyhound and how he heard that they were reliable. I shipped my daughters suitcase with all her winter clothes from August 11 and to this date, Greyhound cannot locate it. They are now offering a settlement of $300, which cannot replace all the clothes and important items that my daughter had neither financially nor emotionally. Now this is a pink suitcase with her friends autograph all over it and they are telling me that they cannot locate it. How many pink suitcases are there with autographs all over it? I am so upset and it is getting very cold in Georgia and still greyhound cannot locate my daughter's suitcase. I know that many college students depend on greyhound and this is not a way of reassuring them that their belongings will be ok. After paying high college tuition and fees, where does Greyhound expect a student to get money from to replace a packed suitcase of winter coats, jackets etc?

Greyhound - Got "bitten" by the Dog.

My suitcase containing some expensive clothes, shoes and cosmetics never showed up after being loaded in Calgary, to be dropped off in Edmonton Southside. When the suitcase wasn't At the S.S. Edmonton terminal, I rushed to the downtown branch hoping it was unloaded there. It was Thanksgiving Weekend and there were only two Public Service assistants who were distracted and uninterested. Then it was like a volleyball game between the two Edmonton depots. The suitcase was at neither. 1. I'm never taking Greyhound again. 2. The terminals shouldn't be so understaffed to save a few bucks. 3. There should be better security when suitcases are unloaded (see#2) 4. I should at least be reinbursed for my ticket,

This is by far the worst experience I had riding a bus, and I've had nothing but homeless people, and crackheads on the bus with me before. Moreover, I had to attend my best friends wedding, due to this bus I dam near missed it. Thanks grey hound! Please do not ride this bus service, if you ever want to make it to someplace in time, have a enjoyable worry free ride, like sanitation, respect your safety, have obligations and prompt schedule, and not have to receive bad mouth from the drivers, the people that are suppose to provide quality service to their customers (a business's number 1 priority).
