very disappointed in Greyhound travel Greyhound for years but that has you say very pissed off as far as your customer service they are not were called to him. I am very very mad. I think you it is a disgrace the way you treat customers and how will be the first one to say that none of my family will ever travel Greyhound again and if there's any way I can get it out there I will alert everybody that I know about your customer service and your business it is not worth the problem. I had to drive last night all night to pick up my wife because your bus broke down you said a bus out and then by God they take the people off the bus and send that bus to another location and have the nerve to offer $34.00 as a refund NEVER AGAIN WILL GREYHOUND BE IN OUR VOCABULARY AGAIN I WILL REVIEW YOUR SERVICE, RELIABILITY AND REFUND NEGATIVELY EVERYWHERE I CAN

Upset and very angry with management and bus service

Very upset with Greyhound, delays, backtracking, bus breaking down, send bus for passengers then have passengers removed from this bus so it could be used to go pick up other passengers from another location and wait again for another bus. Never travel greyhound again

08-29-19 nashville tn at 550pm i was told by the bus driver to get off the bus for asking to see my bags to make sure they was on the bus he told the lady working for greyhound i had to go i am a truck driver going to atlanta ga greyhound is trash . Facepalm Facepalm

I purchased a one way bus ticket online on August 28 2019, leaving Elizabeth City NC 7:55am arriving in Atlanta 02:34 am. Verifying my bus stop I called the customer service number to make sure of the address is correct (3800 Patrick Way, Elizabeth City NC). The gentleman assured me this is the bus stop address. I arrived 45mins early & I began tracking the bus via Greyhound app from Norfolk Va to Elizabeth City NC. As the bus got closer I got out of the vehicle with my suitcase. Saying good bye to everyone I waited. After a while I noticed according to the Greyhouns app the bus is not stopping. Waiting 2hrs. (thinking the bus is late due to traffic). I contacted customer service again, only to be told they will track the bus, (like what have I been doing, duh?) Eventually, I was told by 2 non English speaking individuals to make other arrangements. One told me she will reissue a ticket dor the next day same time. I demanded a refund, I was told that will take 7-10 business days. I informed her that I have no money & no transportation. Being in Elizabeth City NC with no money & transportation only to be told sorry, find another way. I later was informed there is no longer a bus stop in Elizabeth City NC.

Allow me to help you. The money for missing a bus, plane, ships goes straight to the bottom line and will help increase shareholder value.

That's it... Unless of course, you can find something in the terms YOU agreed to when you booked your ride. If there's something in there that says fare for people who can't take a bus will be donated to charities, print it and send them a note telling them where you would like the money to be donated to. To expect your fare to be donated directly to any charity because you couldn't turn up on time(for whatever reason) is stupid at best.

If you want to support St.

Jude or anything else, how about you donate your lost fare to them directly. Oh, and BTW, while you're doing your exhaustive investigative thing, you could go to the busline's site and see exactly how they "give back." ID10T Let's hear it, "you must work for them."

For general care or comfort it gets a B+.

The initial cross country was a B in safety and C- in care and comfort. Thanks for arriving safely.

On the way from Denver Colorado to elmira ny the first bus breaks down causing a 4 hrs delay then when the bus finally got to Columbus Ohio they sent me to Cleveland and the first bus there was canceled so they reschedule on another bus which made us another 2 hrs Delay now when I try to change the date on my return date in elmira they could only get me as far as Cleveland Ohio and not to Denver Colorado

Rude unprofessional behavior towards person with disabilities

My uncle who has expressive aphasia from a stroke and issues ambulating (walking at times) took a bus from St Louis to Kansas City bus 1651 scheduled departure 8/21/19 at 0300. In an attempt to inform the driver of my uncles limitations with communication as the Greyhound website clearly states should be done prior to boarding. I was told “ I am not a babysitter” followed by “if he can’t travel alone, maybe someone should travel with him”. It clearly states with the exception of medications, or assistance with toileting reasonable accommodations to assist travelers with disabilities will be made. This particular driver lacked compassion and apparently the intelligence to communicate on a level beyond a middle schooler. I have sent a complaint to Greyhound.

Just what did you expect them to do beyond helping him on and off the bus? Did you think the driver would stop the bus(while ignoring the needs of the other passengers) to constantly check on(AKA babysit) your uncle?

Based on your banal rant, you wanted more than any driver who has other people to look out for can do. You tried to turn a bus full of people into a medical transportation vehicle.

It's no wonder they said if unc needs more than the basic service offered, someone should ride with him rather than trying to use a bus line as a cheap medical transport service. Next time, save up some money and transport this man properly and give him the dignity he deserves.

so first of all. our bus came at 5:40 ... it was late . and when we got on the bus there was no outlets , no wifi , no lights . and then it started to smell like gas , the smell constantly grew stronger and actually started to make me nauseous and hard to breathe .

Standing in the greyhound bus service line, the busses were an hour late because their was no drivers, when the bus arrived it was not a greyhound bus it was some bus they rented they told us, the bus was extremely uncomfortable and had not charging points for phones, the bus driver took a wrong route or he get lost!!!. I paid 34 dollars for this trip. I’m always traveling with greyhound and this experience was the worst and I’d never went to go through this again!! People started clapping at the end because they made it safely , so it was not only me that was feeling in easy about the trip!!

Memphis cafetaria late bus

Today the bus from nashville to memphis was really slow on purpose it seems. driver drove about 40-45mph when originally said he would get us there in three hours. he made no attempt to accommodate connecting bus to dallas and at least 10 people had to make new arrangements. the cafetaria breakfast seemed great the pancakes were huge but several hours later got diarrhea. overheard one cook telling the other dont go saying we are raesist when we do this nice cooking. hmmm. seems i seen the other dude got some nice dark round cakes. it could have been the syrup or melted styrofoam too.

Boarded at Dallas at midnight. Sat second row.

Across the aisle a woman who also had two seats to herself asked if she could use the drink holder in my sideseat. It was dark on the bus, most passengers were trying to sleep but she was having a full meal. For what I felt wrre safety reasons I said no. She then told the extra driver sitting in the front row.

Without questioning me I think I heard her say "I'll make sure she will exit the bus at the next stop!" Since I couldnt believe they were talking about me I continued to sleep. At Fort Worth the extra driver told the driver she thought I shoukd get off the bus.I explained why I didnt want to share. "One person, one seat" she said. I then moved to the seat with the drink holder but she said, no its too late.

Besides thats not the way it works. Both drivers proceeded to kick me off the bus. I view this as discriminatory. If I were asking the person across the aisle to use the her drink holder and she said no, ni way would these drivers be kicking her off for my sake!

Also she probably did have drink holders if she didnt have three other bags with her. Often they have elastic band straps. Many a time Ive made do without a drink holder. Because of this discrimination and yes I did accuse the driver of being razist he hastened me off even faster.

Anyway by some "muracle" they scraped up enough pity to let me on the next bus 4 hrs later. In a Greyhound crisis its better to get off and reboard ://

When I used to ride the Greyhound bus, all of the passengers would simply toss all of their garbage on the floor when they were done eating.And people would keep stepping in it and it would roll all around the floor and you would end up with chewing gum stuck to your shoes.
