Been told I was getting a refund now for over a month and still have not received the refund. Horrible service for passengers as well and the staff at the station was very rude.

Details
Bus was 5 hrs late at contenting station and over 3 hrs late at destination. Electric plugs or light neither worked. Customer service was a joke. No refund. Foreigners answering phones could care less about talking to you or taking care of the customer. Will never go...

I would, but they don't service my hometown. And anyway, I have read plenty of Pissed Off Consumer reviews that make it sound almost as bad as Greyhound is. But I would take them if they were an option.

Once, when traveling through Atlanta on Greyhound, I walked around until I found a convenience store to buy some food & drink at. A VERY AGGRESSIVE panhandler hounded me for money and scared me real bad! He acted like he was fixing to mug me at any moment!

Greyhound in Mckinney, Texas - They egnore your claim

From 4 package I send, I got one back. I go back another one after three months and that one was opened and somethings were gone. I never received the other two. My better items were in those two. I think there is a group of employee doing this and nobody watching them.

Greyhound - WORST SERVICE EVER

I paid for a ticket for myself and my daughter to back home to St. Paul MN and was under a winter storm and asked to have it rescheduled for next Thursday. I was told that I would need to pay $20 for myself and my daughter. I told them I am not doing that because if the airlines can provide you with a refund and reschedule the dates for free why can't they do it. They are trying to get more money out of people and that is not right. This is my last time ever using greyhound TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE...

YOU SHOULD HAVE SWALLOWED YOUR PRIDE AND ASKED YOUR FELLOW PASSENGERS FOR SPARE CHANGE! I'M SURE THAT SOMEBODY ON THE BUS WOULD HAVE FELT SORRY FOR YOU AND HAVE EITHER GIVEN YOU SOME MONEY OR LET YOU HAVE SOME OF THEIR FOOD AND DRINK. THE GOOD BOOK SAYS "ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE".

I started in Hammond, IN today at 7:45 am storing an 18”x”18”x24” well taped box of clothing in underneath storage compartment. Also stored a med sz plastic bag. (Too big for in passenger area). This I did at Hammond as well as in Indianapolus, IN. No questions asked!...

It's best never to put anything under the bus. Once I put a big box full of hundreds of dollars of magazines under the bus and the box didn't show up at my destination until 3 days later, and the box had been ripped open and half of the magazines were missing.

There were so many of them that whoever stole them must have looked through the offerings and chose the ones that they liked the most because they simply didn't want to carry the whole heavy box with them. I never received any compensation from Greyhound for all of these magazines.

Several Hundred Dollars worth of them stolen! Never under bus again Doggie!

2 hour delay for a 1 hour trip. Reason: there was no bus assigned for the trip from Hollywood to Oxnard, even though this was a regularly scheduled trip. No Wi-Fi in station, only metal benches. Poorly organized and managed company.

One time when I was riding the Greyhound Bus, I went to go buy 1 liter bottle of Coca Coal at the 7-Eleven store while we were waiting in San Bernardino, California. The cashier put it in a paper bag for me.

I ran back to get back on the bus before it left and the black greyhound employee came onto the bus and demanded that I show him what was in the bag. He thought that I had a quart of booze in it!

I left Conway, Arkansas to go to Florida using Greyhound bus lines. My trip was suppose to go: Conway Little Rock Memphis Nashville Montgomery Ocala. How it really went: Conway Little Rock Memphis Nashville. This is where my bus never showed up. The attendant put several of us in a bus to Brimingham. Which was out of my way. After spending 12 hours in Nashville. I then spent another 12 hours in Brimingham. Never got an apology. Never got any sort of compensation. The driver said "oh well, the desk will get you to Florida" I'm furious!!! What was suppose to take a day and a half took 3 *** days!!! I want my damn money back!!! Wtf
