If you really want to get there, don't take Greyhound!!!
I bought a ticket online, of course, knowing that they are non-refundable. My trip was canceled due to a snow storm. At the station, they told me that I could leave and use the tickets later without a problem. Now they are telling me that online tickets have to be used only the day they were printed.
When I tell them that it was cancelled because of a snow storm, they tell me that online tickets have to be used on the next available bus.
When I tell them that that is not what I was told at the station, they tell me that I had to call them immediately after that happened. I paid more than $300 for these tickets, and I completely lost this money. I was a good customer for them, having used their buses for more than 2 years every single day to go to work. I was planning on taking a longer trip on their buses, but I will never in my life purchase a ticket from them.
Everybody be aware that their customer service and policies are terrible, ridiculous, and unreliable.

I did end up getting a refund from the corporate office after the posted this same review to the Better Business Bureau. So complaining does help I guess. But I still will never ride these unreliable bus routes again.
