Harassment from driver

Last Minute Cancelation, no Help with alternatives, missed flight

Last Minute cancellation, so I miss my flight back home to Europe. I wonder if I can sue Greyhound for the costs of the new flight. As I asked the lady on the counter to use her phone cause mine wasn't working in the us, she said no. Never ever will I book greyhound again and will tell people to stay away if they need to be somewhere

I bought a non refundable Greyhound ticket. I could not use my ticket due to unforeseen circumstances. I was not allowed a refund due to their policy. Things happen that cant be controlled. This policy needs to have exceptions and needs to be changed.

Why your bus always late do you value your customers?

We book 9:05pm bus from Bloem to Cape Town we sit at the station until 03:00 in the morning and communication was very poor and your service I don't think I will ever use Greyhound again

Wrong bus

my son was traveling from Orlando Florida to Brownsville Texas got laid over in Alabama was put on the wrong bus and is now stuck in Jacksonville Mississippi they charged him 200 and something dollars and it was their mistake I tried calling customer service three times the first time the lady hung up on me when I allowed me to speak to an agent or a manager then I called again and the same thing happened they are useless they dont have people that actually speak good English and they suck!!! Will NEVER use them again!!!

He couldnt go back home during the Easter holidays!And the agent told me to email to the customer service and may get the voucher for the future use under this situation but I still couldnt get any response since I emailed for couple weeks

Customer service printed my ticket out after I gave her receipt from Walmart she only gave me the return part so when approach the driver he was rude mam where you going because people were boarding he said this a returning ticket I said Sir I just received this from customer service well you need go back and deal with them that wasnt professional of him because he treated me like Im crazy or trying to get a free ride Im 63 retired and sick not broke so I struggle back with all my bags he could have went with me its his bus so long story short I was left at Atlanta station and had to Pat out of pocket to get to my destination trying to catch the bus at the Macon stop I was 15?minutes behind the bus call Maco greyhound pleaded with them to hold the bus they said no so when I got to Macon I had to pay a rider to take me to Albany returned on Friday then the was late but I waited no problem so why its okay for them to be late no apologies and I pleaded to wait 15 minutes on me in which I should not have been left in the first place the employees their looks like trash the place looks like a dump in Atlanta sure a disgrace I w retired and planed to travel by Greyhound but this problem have me reconsider this plan .Need to clean house in Atlanta and request a hearing and a refund after Im contacted Patricia Newell 404-731-****-cell contact number
