Could have been a life or death situation and the fact that no one of authority is available to talk to is disgusting. I want a call! My son has had 4 brain surgeries, anxiety, adhd, stress is his biggest trigger for migraines and he was left unprepared in the elements and told by the officer I sent to him that with his condition he was in a bad spot. Still nothing from greyhound at all. My husband wants lawyers and media involved.

I need greyhound to give my suitcase they lost I started in Arizona Tucson last week ended up in Boston. With them not putting suitcase from Dallas’s to Ohio …. The transfer my luggage was missing

Missing my bag all my belongings in that ack check in Tucson az weighed on camera then Dallas I was on line outside all bags in line to go onto bus back with grey on it looped was a music note laundry sack

Complaint poor service

I purchased my ticket at 8:30 in the morning for $82 for a bus leaving from Laredo Texas to McAllen I get there at three to find out that my *** and has been canceled for no reason no notification I had to purchase another one OK the problem is that its been a month and I havent received my money back and every time I call the service is terrible they keep hanging up on me, did you know they dont want to give me a number to call, I mean is its ridiculous! I never deal with a company with such a poor customer service, I want my $82 back as soon as possible I dont have the extra money to leave, in somebody elses account

Missing luggage. Filing 6th Claim with no response

My name is Favour Ayuk Tangban.

On March 16 at 9:35am, I boarded the greyhound bus from New Orleans to Lafayette. There was a man loading our luggages who I handed my luggage to as everyone else did.

When I got down in Lafayette, my destination, my luggage was not on the bus. Its currently missing and I need to retrieve it. I have been calling for the past two days.

I have not been able to get anyone to give me a proper update on the form I filled or how I can retrieve my luggage which has important documents in it. I have not received any email that states that any of the claim filed has been received.

At the office in Lafayette, there was no greyhound worker in there for hours who could assist me or other costumers in any way. This has been very frustrating.

I am so disappointed about the level of care the greyhound house with a customer my son has been traveling since Sunday night from Fort Worth Texas and has not arrived at his designation place of Hinesville Fleming,ga he was delayed for many hours in several citys and missed connections and was reissued tickets many times. No more food money and still traveling.

Yesterday he was in Savannah ga and was 1 hour away from his destination and some lost agent reissued his ticket and put him on a bus going up north and he has been traveling since and has been all the way to new year and is headed back to savannah ga where he was at yesterday.

The way that this has been handled this is so horrible theres no empathy no no type of remorse there is nobody that I can talk to on the phone to assist me with getting him what he needs this is really sad being stuck going places you shouldn't be gone he was supposed to have been where he supposed to have got to this yesterday morning Tuesday morning at 8:15 he was supposed to be in Fleming Hinesville Georgia, and he's still traveling the heater when I have no food no money no no phone no nothing and calling the 800 number you get booking department there's nobody that can help customer service you cannot call them I cannot believe greyhound is still operating like this is 2020 to making money off the backs of the people that theyre treating like trash now I need to get somebody that needs to get in contact with me because this is ridiculous. I want a full refund of this ticket I paid 210.99.

They have no Direct line to customer service you have to go on the website and go on the Feedback and leave them a message and wait for them to contact you back this is not the way to handle business stay far and clear away from them you will get to where you going faster and better traveling on an airplane
