Greyhound=waste of money

I recently took a one way out of Dayton, Ohio to Chicago, Illinois. It is normally a 5 hour drive. My family waited for my "express bus" to show up to the terminal and became worried after waiting an hour past the scheduled arrival time. First of all, the bus was extremely nasty with paper, used baby pamper and bloodied tissue on the floor. The seats were so nasty and dirty I could literally see the dirt on the seats. Upon alertingt he driver as to the condition of the bus, I was told that the tissue paper and pamper would be removed but nothing else as he has a schedule to keep. I have rode with Greyhound for a number of years and the condition that this bus was in sealed the deal for me. I will no longer waste my money for less than professional service and would advise anyone else not to ride especially if you have a scheduled function to attend as Greyhound is not on time, unprofessional and solely out to make money no matter how unsatisfied the customer may be,

Greyhound=Horrible

I sent this to Greyhound complaint emails. First of all. The employees of the Nashville Greyhound station are extremely rude. They were extremely short with me when the bus departed without notifying myself and 3 other passengers. They basically complained the whole time about having to give us reissue tickets because nobody told us that they were leaving. That is only my departure from Nashville, TN. Upon leaving from Hot Springs, AR I noticed there was a sign posted on their window (because they are apparently closed on the weekend) stating that the bus for 8 p.m. had been cancelled. Upon finding this out. I called your hotline service to ask which one had been cancelled and nobody could give me and another woman a straight answer. After waiting for over an hour of my departure time I left. Only to find out Monday morning that the sign previously stated was for a Friday bus. After waiting for over an hour Monday to get a reissue ticket and calling your complaint line several times (with no answer...any time I called.) I was headed back to Nashville, TN. There was a stop in Memphis, TN. And I noticed that a woman and child had several bags with them. I politely helped them only to realize she was in the wrong lane to get on the bus. Where I then noticed one of your employees being abruptly rude to her and basically yelling at her to move "out of the way" and saying "I'll deal with you when I have the time." I was appalled. Either your expectations for employees has decreased or you simply do not care how your employees talk to YOUR customers. I had a horrible experience on your transportation service and I guarantee I will never use one ever again.

I agree with the last comment the employees in nashville tn are extremely rude and it seems like they have some sort of preference for certain type of passangers. A huge lack of communication and overall very POOR customer service. If employees don't like to deal with people get another job period.

My daughter's Grayhoud bus recently left her stranded at a closed bus terminal in the evening from overbooking. The worst part was that the bus driver said there would be another bus coming; the next bus did not arrive until 8am the next morning.

Greyhound bus

do not take this bus if you value your life. I witnessed violence harassment by border patrol harassment of customers a fight hideous rudness an insane mama grendel of adriver I ended up hysterical forced to wait all night in Dallas because they gave me the wrong schedule.Say children sleeping onn the floor because their bus was late for no good reason These people are bastards!!!! This happened over the periods of 2007-2009 on two different trips I took to New Oeleans as a Katrina survivor trying to get my property straightened out in New Orleans.Also the buses stank of chemical tiolets They were filthy as was the station at Baton Rouge. Stations are always in dangerous neighborhoods.

Do you really believe all these excuses that Greyhound comes up with when a problem arises?These are just stories because they are juggling drivers and not enough busses. Just sell tickets and do what you can do to get the passengers on the road.

It is the same same story all over America in all business.

The guys at the top are making obscene amounts of money while using us regular folks to do their dirty work. WAKE UP AMERICA!

The worst service in the world - Greyhound

I bought a ticket from Pittsburgh PA to Wilmington DE. On the ticket, depart at 5:00 am and arrive at 11:50 am. Actually, departed at 7:20 am and arrived at 5:10 pm. Greyhound in Los Angeles, California - Racists not giving refunds

I witnessed 2 different people who missed their connecting bus bc of their bus being late and the (black) customer service reps/security would not do anything to help them. it was sickening to watch! When anyone would go to the counter to ask questions they just acted so *** and didnt offer any assistance AT ALL...and it was interesting to see the security guards acting as csr's at times. my whole experience there was sickening. they keep the buses packed, and these men are bragging about how easy it is to transport drugs through there. never again. id rather *** WALK

Racist *** running greyhound

traveled from LA to vegas and was COMPLETELY DISGUTED with the customer service and bus drivers and then the *** i sat next to that kept moaning then put his hand on my lap. he was completely insane, i would doze off and he started talking loud on his cell phone, but you could tell he was just actually talking to hiimself. when this woman got out of her seat i moved into her chair and he started making comments like "im seating here, noone can sit with me". completely insane.and he was bragging about how much money from dealing and how they never checked his bags on the bbus.he had and the way he was holding onto that bag he was carrying im sure he had drugs in it. the bus driver was on some moronic bus driver power trip yelling at the passengers about how you couldnt talk on your phone (and whenever the blacks were yelling on their phones he never said anything), he yelled at me twice for standing up before he parked. whatever he needed to do to feel like a man. the people that work there (all black) were rude and angry the entire time.it was a disgusting experience altogether. im never putting myself through that *** again.
