booked round trip trip ticket from San Diego Ca to prescott valley AZ when it came time to return to SD on 11/2/2017 the bus was supposed to be at the stop at prescott valley at 5:50am it was a no show waited and hour still no show, called their customer service and got the rudest operator, this is the result when you out source to foreign workers, could hardly understand her and when she said something about a (broken ticket) what ever that means my ticket was canceled did not receive any notice or email, this is what happens when you get to big and customers are now cattle, next bus was about 11hours later would miss work because of this, and all I was told was to call back 24hours later for a RESOLUTION what a load of crap! this is an industry that needs heavy regulation national customer service, and alternative means of getting you to your destination at no cost to customer..

On the bus now in Louisville Ky bus driver driving erratically swerving in and out of lanes , will not turn up air, its hot on a full bus, nasty attitude. This bus is rattling, hitting every groove in the road. This is the worse trip ever. Do not take greyhound bus from Chicago to Atlanta. #scared

Greyhound - Lost bag

My fiancee and I were taking a trip from Tucson az to Gulfport Miss.(July 14-July 29) Getting there was no deal but coming back they lost my bag. They say on their website that customers are responsible for transferring bags to the layover bus. Apparently those rules didn't reach Houston tx, nor San Antonio. We were pushed through the door and told not to worry about it that it would be at our destination. From San Antonio we made a stop in El Paso TX, the bus we were on stopped there and my bag was no where to be seen. When we got home at around 8am, went up to customer service and they said that it would be on the next bus. No such luck. I have been calling for 2 weeks and no results.

Greyhound mesa az

We bought a ticket from mesa to kingman az for our 13 year old son to meet his grandma in kingman. We, along with other passengers sat in mesa waiting for the bus to phoenix that was due to arrive at 10:55am, at about 11:10am, i asked the *** lady who was working, when the bus would be here?, she said it was running late so a shuttle would be taking everyone to phoenix. At 11:45am, i asked again, when would the bus or shuttle be here, she said soon. The shuttle arrived at 11:55am and i mentioned that the bus from phoenix was scheduled to leave at 12:01pm and she told me and everyone else that was expected to get on the 12:01pm bus that not to worry, the bus would be waiting for them. I sent my son on this shuttle, provided by greyhound and he was on his way. About 45 minutes later i get a call from my son, he said, there was no bus in phoenix waiting for them and they told him the next bus would be at 9pm and he would have to wait. Thank god, i wasnt far and was able to go and get him. Greyhound would not refund our money and we are out 75 dollars.
