very disappointed in Greyhound travel Greyhound for years but that has you say very pissed off as far as your customer service they are not were called to him. I am very very mad.
I think you it is a disgrace the way you treat customers and how will be the first one to say that none of my family will ever travel Greyhound again and if there's any way I can get it out there I will alert everybody that I know about your customer service and your business it is not worth the problem. I had to drive last night all night to pick up my wife because your bus broke down you said a bus out and then by God they take the people off the bus and send that bus to another location and have the nerve to offer $34.00 as a refund NEVER AGAIN WILL GREYHOUND BE IN OUR VOCABULARY AGAIN I WILL REVIEW YOUR SERVICE, RELIABILITY AND REFUND NEGATIVELY EVERYWHERE I CAN
