Filed claim for lost Bagage over 90 days ago was given this # in regards to my claim however every time i call toll free number for grey hound i am given the run around as to where no luggage has been found or claim has been received. I photo copy my claim ane here is the attachment can you please help me out by locating my claim or luggage please

Details
I bought a ticket to travel by Greyhound. Got to the bus station 1h before and they just told me to wait. When boarding they would not let me because I did not have tickets on my bags. . Which they never told me I needed. .. so I went to get and the person responsable got mad at me because I was late and left me at the station. . I paid 75 bucks and they left me... And everybody was rude to me. . Like I was supposed to know but I'm from outside USA...

I am a commercial driver and have had to use greyhound more times than I care to remember to get to trucks and terminals. If I lost 1 single piece of freight, I'd be fired and likely sued. Greyhound has lost several of my bags during my miserable travels on their out...
