Greyhound - Violation of 4th Amendments Rights

On Thursday July 11 2019, my greyhound bus from Palm Springs to LA was one hour late. The driver said the bus was late because ICE ( Border Patrol) had boarded the bus and demanded passenger IDs. Most of the passengers on this route are Hispanic and do not know or are terrified to exercise their rights. Greyhound could refuse entry to the agents if they do not have a warrant or probable cause. But Greyhound is allowing this assault on our rights. Call Greyhound and tell them to knock this *** off. You can also go to the ACLU website and sign their petition to Greyhound.

Sitting waiting for my bus. It's 4 hours late, front desk gave my a number. Number told me to talk to front desk. Used this site to talk to a human, human said I have to wait 24 hours. I'll try to jump through more hoops until I get my refund.

My 78 year old aunt, which is terrified of planes, took the Greyhound from El Paso to Los Angeles. She spent 24 hours on the bus. When the arrival time came and she never showed Greyhound would not give us any details as to the bus’ whereabouts. The 12 noon arrival turned into arriving at 10pm and the bus dropped her off at El Monte Metro Line Station without any type of protection from weather, crime or anything else. This is so irritating and irresponsible to not get any information from Greyhound as to the whereabouts of their *** bus! Never again and we’re spreading the news of our dissatisfaction!!!

I got on the bus in tulsa oklahoma bound for los angeles and on into the central coast. The bus was so over crowded I had a fat guy overflowing his seat into mine and sweating all over, gross. Then the nasty rude black driver told everyone to sit down and shut or he would drop people off in the middle of no where. They should never let the buses get that crowded why didnt they send out a second bus. The wifi on greyhound never works. Yet they advertise it as a part of your fun trip, nothing fun about greyhound. All of the seats are cracked and torn the buses are shabby. For the prices greyhound charges to go anywhere their buses should be in top condition. The drivers are all rude, the restaurant personnel are un-friendly the food is barely edible, the prices are high. The clerks at the ticket counters act as though your bothering them if you ask a question. Personally I was told by the counter clerk in tulsa that my service dog need to be tranquilized with drugs before they would let him on the bus. I am planning on sueing greyhound for that one. This trip was a big horror show, on one part of the trip there was a *** sitting next to me, he kept grabbing me, I told the driver, he didnt do anything about it. We werent given full layover stops to smoke, eat, or use a non-stinking bathroom. Greyhound sucks...the employees are nasty rude *** people...maybe if you hired more white people you would have better employees.
