Greyhound- stereotyping & perverted

Sat in someone's urine on the bus, told the bus driver, but he didnt do anything about it however he allowed me to change. Arrived at Sacramento, noticed my suitcase was missing. Bus driver made rude/perverted comment about me sitting in urine. Spoke with Keith - Supervisor of Customer Service at Sacramento's Richard Greyhound location. He was stereotyping Hispanics - which unbeknownst to him I am Mexican and Jamaican and I found him to be disrespectful. He neglected to contact me after our hour discussion about what had happened. No accountability and bad customer service from Keith's behave.

Last night on 3/07/2011, I ordered a online ticket to travel to Oakland,ca from Sacramento. My bus was to leave at 8:15pm so I arrived at the bus station at 7:30pm. The ticket counter was dark and no one was working. A security gaurd told me that the rep had just went to lunch and would be gone for 30min. About 2min later I seen a lady behind the counter walking around and then sat down. I walked over to ask her about how to get a ticket when there is no one working and she responded with " I'm on my lunch" I asked if there is anyone that I could talk to and then she said "What part of I'm on my lunch that you don't understand" so I was so upset that I threw my food in the garbage can and walked out the door. When I came back 5min later, another person that was behind the counter said that I can go around to the shipping side and they will print out a ticket for me. They have horribel customer service in my opinion !!!
