My bus was cancelled leaving me stranded after waiting 6 hours, was initially told the bus was delayed from 2:45 to 9:30pm on April 13 leaving from Lynchburg, Va. After calling several times I was told I would receive a refund in 7-14 business days, after this time elapsed called again was told system had to be updated. Long story short I have received three refund reference numbers still no refund every time I have called the system has to be updated in which I have to wait another 7-14 business days each time.
