Most uncomfortable Ride loud music bus driver will not address the issue. This is Ridiculous
I have gone to the bus driver. He did not make any announcements when he got on the bus so people got on the bus and did what they wanted to do.
Loud music plan on going very very uncomfortable ride and I wanna refund immediately. I ride this bus all the time.

I called customer service inquiring if I could get through on the roads to the pick up location or if greyhound was using the Asheville airport for passengers. Of course, she could not understand me since English was not her first language.
She just read off the address I had! Of course this takes up much time when I could be packing so I was unable to get to an area to be picked up. I lost my reservation at the DoubleTree in Atlanta for temporary housing I was eligible for. I had to cancel the bus ride and forfeited the fee and only recieved a ten dollar credit.
I still don't know if greyhound is stopping in Atlanta or where since most of the area by the so called pick up area is demolished like the rest of Asheville. Later, I called DoubleTree thinking I had lost the deposit and they never charged me. I would think Greyhound would have amended their site that the location was unavailable.
I would hope that corporate would refund the whole amount I paid due to the hurricane destroying the roads. So sorry this happened to beautiful Asheville and so many other places in other cities and states!

The employees in their call centers make promises. It is as if they have all been taught to lie through their teeth.

User's recommendation: Don’t expect a refund if there is a mistake with your ticket!! In my case the ticket was not issued.

1. The bus driver had music on during the entire trip from Denver to Indianapolis in the middle of the night.
2.
Unsafe accommodations in Cincinnati have occurred with security and staff disappearing for an hour.
3. Customer service hung up once and transferred me to the survey without logging the complaint at least 7 times.

Why can we not have customer service based in the USA?!!
The call center is in the Phillipines - I could not understand 3 different people who answered the phone. I am trying to find out if a Greyhound bus is running in an area affected by Hurrican Helene.
They don't have a damn clue.
The information they gave me is inaccurate. Very frustrating!!

I need to find the closest location to buy 2 round trip greyhound tickets a few weeks in advance, I have only cash! No credit cards or bank account.
We will be traveling from: Los Angeles Union Station to Benson Arizona- then returning 2 after. I have no way to print anything since I do not have a printer or computer. Paying at the last minute as we board the bus is NOT an option! I need these tickets ASAP with cash!
Walmart, 7 eleven does not sell these.
Please tell me where I can buy physical tickets.

Preferred solution: The nearest location to Lancaster CA where I can buy 2 adult round trio tickets with cash. A few weeks in advance as well. I don't want to pay as I board the bus at the last minute!

Extremely disappointed in your lack of concern for customers, your websites need to be updated. I was trying to send a package via bus and saw several places where I could get service, only to find out by calling that you no longer provide the service. Old web messages should be deleted!
Preferred solution: Updated information and rid the Internet of outdated sites

The bus broke down and arrived four hours late. They are refusing even a partial refund.
The bus is very uncomfortable, and the stations seem unsafe.
The price isn't even that good; we chose them because we needed to arrive within a specific time frame. However, we should have chosen a different company, because we arrived so late.

My return bus home was canceled twice. I got a text saying that my bus would be there at 1pm on July 8th.
I left the hotel and got to the terminal, only to find the bus canceled. I had to spend two extra days on Uber, food, and hotel accommodations. I also missed two days of work due to the cancellation. Finally, on July 9th, the bus arrived, but it was polluted with the smell of human *** and urine.
There was no warning for masks nor any volunteer masks or anything to help the breathing of children or adults. The bathroom had definitely been unattended for a while, so my fiancé couldn't use it to handle her menstrual cycle. This experience has been very uncomfortable, frustrating, costly, and unsanitary. I should have a refund back due to the 2-day delay and extra fees incurred for the stay and Uber back to the hotel for two days.
I think you need more frequent restroom cleaning at terminals and backup buses to retrieve passengers to avoid them missing work or other commitments. I can understand a few hours delay, but two days is ludicrous.

Verified BuyerCould not receive a refund due to the bus not on time to catch my connecting bus
I was previously booked on Greyhound, departing June 30 and arriving July 1st. I traveled at 5pm from Lima, Ohio to Ft.
Wade, Indiana, and then to Columbus. Despite my bus arriving on time in Lima and Ft. Wade, we arrived in Columbus 10 minutes after my connecting bus had departed. We were supposed to arrive at 11:45pm and did not get there until 12:30am.
My connecting bus left at 12:20am. We did not have any mechanical issues. The bus driver had to call and ask her supervisor for a brief stop at McDonald's because the passengers were upset they hadn't had any food. She assured the passengers, myself included, that we would make it to our destination on time despite the unscheduled stop.
I was meant to have a 35-minute transfer layover and ended up arriving 10 minutes after the bus departed. The next scheduled bus to Philadelphia did not arrive until 8:25 am, literally 8 hours later. I was en route to my godmother's funeral, which I completely missed, and, to top it off, Greyhound will not even refund me my money ($128) or allow me to rebook using the money I paid for that trip. Through no fault of my own, I did not reach my final destination.
Needless to say, this has caused me great distress. Not only emotionally, having missed my godmother's funeral, but I also had to pay $150 for a Lyft to return to the hotel in Lima. Greyhound has a no-refund policy, but does not have a contractual policy in place for when they are in the wrong. As a customer, I felt very unsafe waiting for a bus for 8 hours in an area I was unfamiliar with.
I called customer service that night and spoke to the supervisor, who said there was nothing he could do.
Every representative has said the same thing. Greyhound should be out of business for having customers rely on getting to their destinations on time, and when they don't, through no fault of their own, Greyhound essentially abandons you.

I was to travel from Detroit to Baltimore, MD. I was supposed to leave at 7am and arrive at 9pm same day.
however, upon arrival I was told the bus had issues and was reissued a ticket to to lay over at south bend then from south bend to my destination. I arrived at south bend and waited 5 hrs for my next bus which showed up on time and drove us to Cleveland, OH. we arrived at 1am, and was told another driver will be driving us to our destination. at about 2am it was clear no driver will be coming.
The Cleveland terminal was disgusting. the female washrooms were horrible. clogged sinks and very dirty. There were no vending machines for food or water.
We wer stranded and hungry and thirsty with no employee at the station. I called customer service and they issued me another ticket for a bus at noon which arrived but the bus driver stated that the bus seat was broken. we waited another 2 and half hour another bus showed up and we were finally on the way. the 14hr trip took over 30hrs.
I called customer service they said they do not deal with issues like that and should go to their website. I reached out to their website and the response was that because the service was still provided I was not entitled to any compensation or refund.
