Lost baggage

Im currently on a bus going to Panama City Florida from Hollywood Florida and we stopped in Orlando and thats when I noticed my bag that I placed on the bus was missing. Since the bus was leaking fuel and we had to stop and wait for another bus while a previous one came to pick up a few people. My checked bag contain all my personal stuffs and Im urgently in need. Please help me find my bag. Tagged on to it is the name Marita Campbell, a tag from the airport with destination Jamaica to Hollywood Florida, the colour of my luggage is grey and it has a crack(damaged area at the top)

User's recommendation: Everything is good, bus drivers and the people but I wasn’t aware of bag tags and my bag was removed from the bus when I arrived Orlando and it is now missing.

They refuse to refund my ticket that i purchased from NY to Montreal,original ticket#'s 109****&109**** because of the pandemic i could not travel and still can't cross the border yet, ticket purchase 11-3-20 then they gave me a e-voucher#'s 5691****&5691**** was also told when i am likely to travel if the price goes up, i will have to pay the difference, now they are telling me they don't see these #'s so i won't get a refund, i am not satisfy

Sitting road side 3 hours

Why can't you do your job. Send a bus to pick up these ppl. We the customer would like a refund for our trip from *** I'm out 300 on my card to sit along a busy highway.

Oh my gosh if you guys don't call me on my 760 number right now ASAP you have minor and five other women that your bus driver left on purpose and the old man tried to stop and tell him hey you still happy ladies inside buying food and he said he did not care who the *** out of your company cab. Driver turn around and come get us if we're 30 minutes from our destination I've been on a bus since Oklahoma this is *** my recommendation for further future

User's recommendation: Don't write Greyhound because bus driver is rude disrespectful and he has everything we own on that but he needs to turn around and come get it there's five six people he left on purpose.

THEFT - Company is stalling and not covering items

GREYHOUND EXPRESS PACKAGE SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THEFT, PILFERAGE - THEY DO NOT CARE. I used this service to send 4 suitcases and 7 boxes from Los Angeles to NYC. $1,000 worth of items were stolen from the locked suitcases and GREYHOUSE CLAIMS DEPT, that has no PHONE NUMBER, for you to speak with someone, has made me jump through hoops. 1. My boxes were over 4 weeks late from the delivery date. 2. All suitcases were opened and rifled through. 3. $1,000 worth of items were stolen. 4. It has taken 2. 5 months for them to make an offer of $300 and sending legal papers for me to sign. ESince Oct 2021, Greyhound was bought by a subsidiary of German transport company Flixmobilty.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THE GREYHOUND BUS BRAND DOES NOT EXTEND TO THIS COMPANY.

Disabled passenger

Scheduled to board bus leaving Tulsa at around 4 pm on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021 Bus didn't come Daughter had to impose on friends to spend the night and get a ride to bus station next day, only to find out a bus came at 7pm the night before, but my daughter wasn't notified. One thing we can depend on is Greyhound isn't dependable. Karen Hargrove mother of passenger, Jill SMake surewyden.

User's recommendation: Be aware the lifts for disabled passengers don't always work and buses don't necessarily come when scheduled. Always have a plan B when trying to travel with Greyhound (extra cash and credit card for hotel)d.

My suitcase was given to someone else.

I left Oklahoma City on November 29 arrival in Cleveland Ohio on the 30th for a pre Christmas trip I had gifts and my clothes in my suitcase no one have found my suitcase the young man that got my suitcase by mistake are suitcase did look alike when he got to Pa. his mother noticed that wasnt his she took pictures of my suitcase and sent them to me it was supposed to be on the next bus to Cleveland but I still havent received it and Im going back home tomorrow because of no clothes and no gifts Ive had so many rude people talking to me when I can get someone I put in a claim I want my suitcase I didnt lose it it was given to someone else before I got off the bus !!!

About my suitcase

They are not trying to help me at all there was all the clothes I had to my name after my house burnt down they don't care and it's bad how they treat their customers and I will never give them my money to ride a bus I have to be dead first to get on one of the buses

Bus passed Elizabeth city without picking up

The bus rode right by it's stop and I was forced to be stuck in Elizabeth city for a day and missed work and two Drs appointments and had to sleep outside for the night. Then the next day the bus had no covers on the air vents
