Even customer service acts like they don't care and could care less in helping to resolve any issues. Effective listening and being courteous is not even a thing , when comes to dealing with majority of representative in affiliation to Greyhound , this causing mental anguish to outright anger , when people act as if though you're inconveniencing them as versus simply listening or trying to understand someone's situation or circumstances.

Customer service was fine it was the driver who was rude and cursing and very impatient even though she was running late on her route. Then have the disrespect of putting me off the the disrespect of putting me off the bus just because I helped someone so yes I am very unsatisfied!

I asked to speak to the department for refunds due to a 35hr delay in my trip. I was told to report on the website despite me saying that i reported on the website but was told that because the service was still provided I was not entitled to any compensation. The representative said she did not have any other means of helping me.
