My son was supposed to leave on a bus from Norristown Pa to State College PA at 5:05 pm. Finally at 6:15 the station "manager" told them the bus had broken down and they would have to wait for another.
Then this "manager" proceeded to kick everyone out because it was time for him to close! They waited outside until 7:10 when the new bus showed up. My son was supposed to connect on another bus in Harrisburg PA on the way to State College. He was assured this bus would wait for them.
It did not and my son was stuck in Harrisburg overnight. This is not the first time we have had problems with Greyhound.
Worst part is they really, really don't care. Probably the worst, most apathetic company I've ever dealt with.
