Greyhound in Orlando, Florida - Never again...

It was the worst 23 hour's of my life? Had a panic attack. Was told I was going to get throughout of the property? Went to Jacksonville instead of the StAugistine? Very rude people that work there?

Paid for a short commute. Forty five minutes is all. Bus never showed. Asked for a credit to apply to next week. They, Greyhounds customer service, will do every thing they can to invalidate that...their bus did not show. Do what ever you can NOT to use this bus line....

I think that things really started to go downhill after Greyhound bought up Trailways so that they could have a monopoly. I wish that this disgusting company would finally go out of business once and for all. Riding their buses is like being in a Jail, Mental Hospital and Homeless Shelter all rolled into one.

The customer service lady in the Miami airport greayhound bus station 3901 is horrible..she do not know how to treat people the right way...she is not polite at all and we wait a lot for our services to by the ticket..she is so rude..she do not have her name tag. So my complain is about her.

She suppose to have a Supervisor washing her all the time. Not a good experience with that person

My one and only experience with Greyhound company was horrific! I was traveling from Aspen to Denver on the day of some road closures in the area that were planned months ahead of time. I booked my ticket to go from Aspen to Denver 2 days before my trip (and their web-site showed this trip as scheduled, not canceled, accepted my payment and issued my ticket). So i show up at the Greyhound bus station (which is miserably located at 7/11, mind you). Wait for 15 minutes - no bus. I call Greyhound customer service and they tell me that this bus was canceled SEVERAL WEEKS AGO. They did not take it off their web-site, they accepted my payment, issued my ticket. No one called me to apologize, refund my money and let me know that the bus was canceled. I WAS JUST SITTING THERE WAITING FOR MY BUS!!!!! Then when i called customer service to get my refund they told me that i need to mail in my ticket and wait for TWO WEEKS!!!! to get my refund! Horrible horrible horrible experience. I travel a lot all over the world. This doenst happen in 3rd world countries. Shame on you, Greyhound!

I had the worse travel with greyhound . First the bus were two hours late connection and then when i got to orlando the ground crew took it upon himself to take my bag off the bus and throw it on the ground .when i said something to him about my bag he came all up in my face being rude. I will never take grey hpund again.Also the driver was very rude.

I fully sympathise with you. My 12 year old son and I experienced the unique customer lack of service skills of the said Mr Norris who actually left us behind at Fort Lauderdale bus station.

Unfortunately I became travel sick due to his driving and he drove off without us with my son running after the bush. We then had to take an $80 taxi from Fort Lauderdale to Miami where I caught up with him simply to retrieve my bag but he refused to even listen and told me my bag had been put on to another bus. Fortunately, as my bag had a Miami tag on it, it had been taken off the bus. It was such a terrible experience.

We are from England and I have never experienced this sort of attitude anywhere else in the world. However, the driver that we had from Miami to Orlando was nice.

Right on and more power to you for that lawsuit. Greyhound people are absolute ***.

They treat people that way cause they know they can get away with it cause they have no competition in that area, I am in Florida too.

I always encourage people to travel any other way but Greyhound, they are filth and on principle should be avoided. Your experience does not surprise me at all, public transportation workers in general are like this as well.

Greyhound in Orlando, Florida - Rudeness of Drivers during boarding and unboarding

My initial boarding in Ocala, Floida was fine. When I had to transfer in Gainesville to go to Atlanta, the driver took my ticket book and did not return the rest for my reboarding in Atlanta to London Ky. HE was engaged in a situation with a passenger. When we reached Atlanta, I asked him for my ticket back. He was rude and said he did'nt have it. I was forced to pay for a re-issue boarding pass. He was extemely rude to other passengers traveling also. he refused to let 1 young man board because he had his tickets in his pocket and were a little wrinkled, he had been traveling from the West Coast and had tranferred several times, he was combative with the young man. A young girl had some issue with her ticket and was told she needed to FIX it. i had to give her a few dollars so she could FIX it. she was on her way to Miami, her brother had made her arrangements and had forgootten to do simething. She was in tears for the way this driver treated her. I had a female driver that was just as Rude with the passengers. Is this the way you want your drivers to be? I would think not . I'm sure some people are difficult,but it no reason for these drivers not to be at least somewhat courteous overall. I used to like traveling by bus, but if this is any example of the type of treatment your customers are receiving I will not be riding again. My mother had passed away in Kentucky and that was my reason for traveling. it cost me $300.00 before it was over. And it was a very stressfull experience. It would have been cheaper to fly.You could have gotten speical fares because you had a death in your immediate family.Also what most people who take the bus do not know...More than not it is always cheaper to fly than take the bus or train.
