greyhound bus lines have broken the company to other subsidiaries so you have problems fighting them on complaints and the only people you can talk to from there is customer service which is a joke.I went to Toronto and on the way back the bus left 20minutes late and then got held up at the border for 30minutes.I then catch the connecting bus but when I get to the next connecting bus it has already left and I cannot catch the next but till the next day and no offer of accommodation and the only thing I could do is catch a bus 12miles from my house or stay out over night but the second option is no good because the bus stop were my wife was supposed to pick me up from was told no way I could get left behind and implied that I was sleeping around and that is why I missed it.we rang greyhound on the 12 of july 2016 about this and have been told we get a cheque of $45 as a refund for the problems but when we get the cheque it has the name wrong on it and now they want it mailed back and wait 8weeks to get it back.it is now the 1 of September 2016.great way to treat a person here on the first trip to usa and first time overseas.is there anyone in that *** hole company that can speak english and can do there job properly.how would they like to wait that long to get there pay.oh sorry I forgot you pay *** you get *** workers.I have a bag of peanuts for the monkeys.

well, i was told by clerk athat my bus would be leaving Atlanta Geogia at 9:25 that Friday night,so i left the cancer center early to get there i had use my bank card to pay for the ticket. well, the clerk said i could go to the airport to pick up ticket.when i got there the station their was closed. i sit out in the cold evening waiting didn't know my way around.i was'nt happy than the driver from the cancer center came back and got me because he knew i don't know my way. He took me to the one in the city. the worker was uncaring , i miss the bus at 12:01 am didn't hear them call.the service is bad there. so much is going on at one time the lines are to long, something need to be done.Sick people don't need to be missing their buses.A report is written about it.then i did'nt know they reinstated my to ticket for the whole destination i was going too. i got to Raleigh and payed for a ticket with cash to Richmond.i was afraid because i throught i was in trouble. so out of honesty of my heart the ticket was gotten. now i need my money back or some of it. thanks
