Greyhound in Mckinney, Texas - They egnore your claim

From 4 package I send, I got one back. I go back another one after three months and that one was opened and somethings were gone. I never received the other two. My better items were in those two. I think there is a group of employee doing this and nobody watching them.

It's best never to put anything under the bus. Once I put a big box full of hundreds of dollars of magazines under the bus and the box didn't show up at my destination until 3 days later, and the box had been ripped open and half of the magazines were missing.

There were so many of them that whoever stole them must have looked through the offerings and chose the ones that they liked the most because they simply didn't want to carry the whole heavy box with them. I never received any compensation from Greyhound for all of these magazines.

Several Hundred Dollars worth of them stolen! Never under bus again Doggie!

Left Las Vegas and had to go to LA then Sacramento then Reno Nevada. Bags never showed up and the company refused to send claims forms. We were moving and all our possessions are gone and we will have to list everything on our own claims form, have to find a notary and send the claim certified return receipt before 30 days. If you are on the west coast travel with Flix Bus lines and never trust greyhound.

Please tell me more about your adventure. What city did you originate from and what was your destination?

Did you have any interesting characters sit next to you, or did you have any interesting conversations or couldn't help but hear any strange conversations? What did you do at the 45-minute McDonalds meal stop. I used to always just stay on the bus. People would think that I didn't have any money and would offer me some of their Mickey D's, but I would politely decline.

Please tell us more about your journey. I'm sure that everyone on here will be able to relate to what you went through and will probably get a good laugh at it. Thank You for telling us more, Friend. I remember the last Greyhound Bus trip I took, my ticket cost me $149.

I handed the girl $150 and she "Forgot" to give me my change. Many people riding Greyhound would have been too Cuckoo to even notice, but I spoke up and got my change back.

My daughter and disabled granddaughter have been there since Thursday nite 9 pm. Bus did not come for 1 am transfer.

Slept on floor for 2 nites, 2nd nite bus too full for us...so now we are in homeless shelter as weekend buses too full for us. Station manger told us he'd get a hotel due to my daughter...but didn't. Made to feel like we were lepers or something.

Oh spent the morning in the ER as I recently had back surgery and sitting/sleeping on metal and on concrete floor..I could not even pick up my bags. Why don't they at least have a small room with cots for such problems?
