Greyhound - They egnore your claim

From 4 package I send, I got one back. I go back another one after three months and that one was opened and somethings were gone. I never received the other two. My better items were in those two. I think there is a group of employee doing this and nobody watching them.

Details
Left Las Vegas and had to go to LA then Sacramento then Reno Nevada. Bags never showed up and the company refused to send claims forms. We were moving and all our possessions are gone and we will have to list everything on our own claims form, have to find a notary and send the claim certified return receipt before 30 days. If you are on the west coast travel with Flix Bus lines and never trust greyhound.

My daughter and disabled granddaughter have been there since Thursday nite 9 pm. Bus did not come for 1 am transfer. Slept on floor for 2 nites, 2nd nite bus too full for us.....
