Why can't you offer any help with a real person? Instead u have that virtual *** and on top of that that last time I rode Greyhound they lost My luggage and the driver was a *** I got my luggage 5 days later.

Maybe you would have better luck talking to Elvis Presley. Look up and see if there are any psychics/fortune tellers in your area.

Ask them to arrange a conservation with Elvis Presley for you.

You will have better luck than attempting to talk to a live Greyhound Representative. Elvis might even be able to tell you where you will be able to find your luggage.

Greyhound - Worst customer service ever

Greyhound lost my bags in Sept of 2017, and I have been trying to get a resolution for almost a year. They have not been able to locate my missing bag, and I processed a request for reimbursement only to be shuffled from baggage to customer service ( over seas ) with agents who cannot communicate or handle the job for which Greyhound outsourced to them. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I want to be compensated for my lost bags, or at least have someone from Greyhound contact me to let me know why. I have called there every month since this happened to no resolution

First time I ever rode Greyhound last time I will ride

I've been asleep many times before having a wonderful dream when all of a sudden I am awakened to a Living Nightmare of bright lights being turned on and the loud voice of a Greyhound Bus driver announcing that EVERYONE had to get off the bus so that it could be serviced, even though it was 2 am and people were trying to sleep

20030855 is the tracking number in their system for my lost bag if Greyhound bothers to look at this.

on a trip from Los Angeles to Wheeling WV, a trip with zero transfers Greyhound couldn't manage to leave my bag on the bus to the destination. Bad enough but then when I call I get the runaround "it's on our system we have alerted all the stations we will call you" aka don't call us we will call you. I call every day and get the same thing. There is no window given anywhere of "most bags are found with in x number of days" so you know when to file a lost bag claim or not. It takes several tries to even find the right number and when you call the stations themselves everyone is rude as heck with you and tells you to call corporate. Most travelers expect things can happen, bags get lost okay fine. If it's gone it's gone take responsibility and say so, leading me on for this long is ridiculous.

LOST LUGGAGE +So many issues to list but still no luggage and medical needs since friday calling all numbers given and numbers from internet and even corporate not getting answers and being charged to have them print ticket when already paid and i am grown adult and others not family are helping me friends are...rude greyhound employees should be taught customer service skills and greyhound needs 2 check person over before hiring you are working with public if you dont like your job quit or move 2 field not working with public but look who you working for and they charged my so called bad bank card that wasnt good $20 x12 leaving me to not be able to take care of myself for 5days til bank got back $ for me when greyhound said they ddnt do when there was bank proof ...have proof of all actions taken to help myself as much as i can i need contacted asap by ceo DAVID...SICK AND TIRED!!!
