Greyhound - Sick and tired!!!

LOST LUGGAGE +So many issues to list but still no luggage and medical needs since friday calling all numbers given and numbers from internet and even corporate not getting answers and being charged to have them print ticket when already paid and i am grown adult and others not family are helping me friends are...rude greyhound employees should be taught customer service skills and greyhound needs 2 check person over before hiring you are working with public if you dont like your job quit or move 2 field not working with public but look who you working for and they charged my so called bad bank card that wasnt good $20 x12 leaving me to not be able to take care of myself for 5days til bank got back $ for me when greyhound said they ddnt do when there was bank proof ...have proof of all actions taken to help myself as much as i can i need contacted asap by ceo DAVID...SICK AND TIRED!!!

Losing your Luggage should be the least of your worries when you are riding the Greyhound Bus. You're lucky if you don't Lose Your Mind from all of the rigamaro or your ordeal...

Greyhound - Most incompetent busines in the world

My son boarded a bus at the Lawrence Kansas bus bench, where the driver a black female who is one of the rudest people alive kept my sons drivers license and no one can contact the bus driver and she did not report her mistake so my son was then hassled the whole trip about boarding the bus. Wait for it it gets better, then in flagstaff they out him on a bus with a broken bahroom, he ask the driver if he could use the terminal bathroom before they left the driver said yes and he would wait. he driver then left without my son but with his bags. My son then had to sit in a bus terminal for 8 plus hours for the next bus. the flagstaff terminal supposedly called phoenix and told them to hold his bags. when he finally got to phoenix theh had lost the bag with all his clothes now my son is t6 states away woth no drivers license and no clothes I cannot wire him money because you need an id to pick up money, so he has been in his sames clothes for 3 days and these people lied to me they radioed the driver that left him and he didn't even answer. Don't ever use greyhound unless you are laking drama in your life, they need to be shut down what if this was a small child....wow

Greyhound - Lost Package and Luggage (Stolen) Never left Start location

Never will I ever use Greyhound Baggage and Shipping for my luggage again. I have served my Country over 30 years of Military Service and for something like this to happen right be for I deploy is senseless and selfish. I have contacted Greyhound two after I had mailed the items and no one told me I only had 30 day to file a claim out of all the 7 to 15 agency I spoke to not one until last week I still do not understand why there is not tracking device use to monitor this process. This shipment has not only cost me personal loss but a loss in the shipping and mailing system used by bus transportation.

I was travelling from Sault St Mario Ont to Ottawa ...the trip for Sault Ste Marie was just great ..Getting to Sudbury ...our luggage was transfer to another bus ..mind ended up in Toronto instead of Ottawa...it cost me 36.00$ dollars ...just leave the station come home and when they found it and another 18.00$ dollars to go get it ... The driver looked at me and couldn't care less...and there was senior ppl on the bus and he didn't even have a step for them ..no smile, and we ask for heat and he delected us ...I will fight to get that 36.00$ back ...and as for the driver he should have a better attitude and all of this happen April 07/2016 and going on April 08/2016.. Don't get me wrong i love Greyhound, but this was my WORST trip ever with them ...and at the amount of ppl in the bus there should of been 2 buses ...
