Greyhound - 6 Hour Delay

It started on January 4th 1188 bus schedule. Nashville was a 2 hour delay.We proceed on all the way to Indy Indiana where we had another delay for 4 hours without even a courtesy pass for food.As a result I missed work,went hungry,and was just pissed with your services. Greyhound - 6 hour delay

The first delay was in Nashville the bus was a hour delay. We got to Indanapolis Indiana and bus 1188 is 5 hours late which means I wouldn’t be in Chicago until 7 a clock in the morning instead of two a clock in the morning. I need a full refund please ! My name is Tyra Ashely Dunmore

Greyhound - Horrible experience

They dont communicate well they give u the runna round and there rude as *** to u. Its been three months with no refund for a bus that broke down and i had to go drive four hrs to get passenger and my one yr old daughter since they were waiting in heat over an hr w no compensation. Another thing y are u located in texas yet your callers are in the damn Philippines!! Do not recommend them what so ever
