Let the boy's sack drop and handle this own business. He's 19 and a man. No, I take it back, he's a boy. He should feel some kind of shame that mommy had to get on the phone and talk to someone with him.

Bring him home immediately.. He's clueless.

Every time I would travel through the Mobile, Alabama Greyhound bus station on long trips, I would always walk over to that grocery store that they have nearby to get some food and drink to bring back for me to consume on the bus. The prices inside the Mobile Greyhound station are highway robbery.

Also, I remember that the station was scary and dirty and that the restroom was particularly nasty. I felt scared for my safety being inside of the place and was always so glad when they finally loaded us up on the bus and we got the hail out of there.

Hello, I was scheduled to get on a 7:30 bus from NYC NY to Binghamton NY on 10/30/19. The bus was suppose to leave NYC at 7:30pm. Customers didn’t start boarding the bus until 7:49pm. I asked the ticket collector why the bus was late and he said the bus broke down. I asked him other questions. He said to ask the bus driver. When I got on the bus I followed his instructions and asked the bus driver some questions. The driver, Michael Boatang, responded in a violent and emotionally charged way. He gave me no information. Worse, he responded with anger, frustration, angst and irritability. I was so uncomfortable. I felt unsafe by his violent, crude and emotionally unregulated responses. No bus driver should EVER treat a customer this way, especially since I was instructed to ask the bus driver questions. It is inappropriate and unprofessional. I should not be treated with emotional and verbal abuse. My case number is 971290. I expect to hear the results of this case via email. I was told by another passenger on the bus that if I report this incident Greyhound won’t do anything about this. It is not ok that customers feel their feedback doesn’t matter especially since customers keep the company in business! This bus driver, Michael B, needs to be fired or Greyhound needs to provide anger management courses for their drivers. Greyhound services a lot of people of color, minorities and people of low socioeconomic status. These customers, like myself, should not be treated this way. We prevent the company from going out of business.

Look, Drama 101 is down the hall. This is the exact reason the ticket person passed you off to a poor bus driver who I'm sure didn't immediately explode on you. The bus broke down. How much more did you need to know, what part broke?

You wanted to act like a nut and was treated like a nut. Doesn't feel nice huh.

Please stay home and leave the rest of the world alone. This is the part where people like you enjoy saying "you must work for them."

I've had drivers much worse than that before. Once, when I was riding Greyhound, me and all of the other passengers had been waiting for the bus to leave out of Cleveland for a very unusually long time.

The driver was standing in the aisle looking back at everyone and people were calling out to him asking him why we were being kept so long. He didn't answer anyone and had this sadistic looking smirk on his face.

We had to wait at least an our for the bus to leave, without any kind of explanation as to what was going on. The bus was packed to "Sardine City" capacity and I think that they should have just let us get off of the bus if we were going to have to wait that long.

Very upset with Greyhound, delays, backtracking, bus breaking down, send bus for passengers then have passengers removed from this bus so it could be used to go pick up other passengers from another location and wait again for another bus. Never travel greyhound again

I purchased a one way bus ticket online on August 28 2019, leaving Elizabeth City NC 7:55am arriving in Atlanta 02:34 am. Verifying my bus stop I called the customer service number to make sure of the address is correct (3800 Patrick Way, Elizabeth City NC). The gentleman assured me this is the bus stop address. I arrived 45mins early & I began tracking the bus via Greyhound app from Norfolk Va to Elizabeth City NC. As the bus got closer I got out of the vehicle with my suitcase. Saying good bye to everyone I waited. After a while I noticed according to the Greyhouns app the bus is not stopping. Waiting 2hrs. (thinking the bus is late due to traffic). I contacted customer service again, only to be told they will track the bus, (like what have I been doing, duh?) Eventually, I was told by 2 non English speaking individuals to make other arrangements. One told me she will reissue a ticket dor the next day same time. I demanded a refund, I was told that will take 7-10 business days. I informed her that I have no money & no transportation. Being in Elizabeth City NC with no money & transportation only to be told sorry, find another way. I later was informed there is no longer a bus stop in Elizabeth City NC.

Allow me to help you. The money for missing a bus, plane, ships goes straight to the bottom line and will help increase shareholder value.

That's it... Unless of course, you can find something in the terms YOU agreed to when you booked your ride. If there's something in there that says fare for people who can't take a bus will be donated to charities, print it and send them a note telling them where you would like the money to be donated to. To expect your fare to be donated directly to any charity because you couldn't turn up on time(for whatever reason) is stupid at best.

If you want to support St.

Jude or anything else, how about you donate your lost fare to them directly. Oh, and BTW, while you're doing your exhaustive investigative thing, you could go to the busline's site and see exactly how they "give back." ID10T Let's hear it, "you must work for them."

On the way from Denver Colorado to elmira ny the first bus breaks down causing a 4 hrs delay then when the bus finally got to Columbus Ohio they sent me to Cleveland and the first bus there was canceled so they reschedule on another bus which made us another 2 hrs Delay now when I try to change the date on my return date in elmira they could only get me as far as Cleveland Ohio and not to Denver Colorado

Standing in the greyhound bus service line, the busses were an hour late because their was no drivers, when the bus arrived it was not a greyhound bus it was some bus they rented they told us, the bus was extremely uncomfortable and had not charging points for phones, the bus driver took a wrong route or he get lost!!!. I paid 34 dollars for this trip. I’m always traveling with greyhound and this experience was the worst and I’d never went to go through this again!! People started clapping at the end because they made it safely , so it was not only me that was feeling in easy about the trip!!

The buses coming from Nashville TN to Louisville KY LATE. both in December 2018 & July 2019. For some reasons drivers do not show for work. Which happened in January 2019 in route to Louisville KY from Indianapolis IN. Sad. Miss my connections a lot.

I was nearly assaulted by staff Hear me out 86894 bus number Sacramento to LA 11 pm delayed 45 minutes Driver first told me move bag off seat which I quickly moved. I said yeah yeah I’m putting my charger in the socket to charge my phone He repeated me mocking “yeah yeah yeah” He stood exactly six inches from me while I put my bag up He wouldn’t move and he was staring at my breast aggressively I was extremely intimidated and uncomfortable Then he passed by me again this time bullies for because he thought my sweater was touching the seat next to me Driver told me to “take it outside repeatedly 5 times “ for having sweater touching seat next to me. I took it off and he still acted furious. I felt my life was in danger at this point Manager ruby Said I couldn’t record it was illegal Ruby manager said I couldn’t record wanted to take my phone when Recording was off Driver announced to the staff: “ don’t say anything she’s recording” Manager ruby asked to check my phone to ensure I wasn’t recording I said I don’t feel comfortable I have personal photos She said she I had to hand over my phone and I refused She said I had to be ready to get kicked out of the station for recording She said if I didn’t hand I’ve my phone I would be kicked out of the bus. She insisted I could get on the next bus to Los Angeles at 3 AM Driver didn’t let me board bus. Ruby went “on break” before reissuing ticket lights off at counter they took my original ticket. I never got a return ticket to LA I waited 1 hr for ticket with information desk lights off. They took my ticket. Was left without ticket was forced to purchase air flight home. Called greyhound customer service and they were closed

brave girl. some them drivers act like wannabee mobsters.

in fact that can be what they are really after. not you or your money but maybe the real illegal goodies. you can tell when they have that lurid look in their faces. those and their support drivers are worse than prison wardens.

so regard it as stepping into a jail cell for the duration of the ride where all your rights are suspended. Thats my experience and observation even though their safety record is good to excellent.

Just be grateful that you didn't come down with a bad case of headlice from the seats. Consider yourself lucky. And I am going to encourage you to never ride Greyhound again.

Greyhound - Violation of 4th Amendments Rights

On Thursday July 11 2019, my greyhound bus from Palm Springs to LA was one hour late. The driver said the bus was late because ICE ( Border Patrol) had boarded the bus and demanded passenger IDs. Most of the passengers on this route are Hispanic and do not know or are terrified to exercise their rights. Greyhound could refuse entry to the agents if they do not have a warrant or probable cause. But Greyhound is allowing this assault on our rights. Call Greyhound and tell them to knock this *** off. You can also go to the ACLU website and sign their petition to Greyhound.
