brave girl. some them drivers act like wannabee mobsters.

in fact that can be what they are really after. not you or your money but maybe the real illegal goodies. you can tell when they have that lurid look in their faces. those and their support drivers are worse than prison wardens.

so regard it as stepping into a jail cell for the duration of the ride where all your rights are suspended. Thats my experience and observation even though their safety record is good to excellent.

The customer service lady in the Miami airport greayhound bus station 3901 is horrible..she do not know how to treat people the right way...she is not polite at all and we wait a lot for our services to by the ticket..she is so rude..she do not have her name tag. So my complain is about her.

She suppose to have a Supervisor washing her all the time. Not a good experience with that person

Telling on "Facebook" doesn't mean anything and won't help.

And unless you tell only truth, you are subject to libel accusations.

You "don't know how the system works" . Here's what happens...you get hung.

You're not entitled to any cash refund because they only contracted to get you from POINT-A to POINT-B ; which they did.

I've travelled a lot more than I ever wanted to and I can tell you that your experience is a minor inconvenience compared to what could have happened.

Grandson stranded because of Greyhound lousy bus service

My grandson was made to sleep outside on the street and wasn't allowed back in the terminal because his ticket was taken away and was no longer considered a customer. Greyhound doesn't care about people.

My grandson bought a ticket from Sioux City, Iowa to Duncan, Arizona. The bus was late for the layover and the passengers spent the night on the street because they wouldn't let them sleep in the terminal!! Next morning they caught the bus for Phoenix but the driver...

You shouldn't let your Grandson ride the Greyhound Bus. He have his belongings stolen from him and there are alot of unsavory characters lurking in the Greyhound stations looking for naive people to take advantage of. Next time, buy him an airline ticket.
