Greyhound - Worst experience ever

My Dad travelled with greyhound from Toronto to Pittsburgh. First of all the driver left him at the next greyhound station and his bags never made it to his final destination. It took 5 days to get his bag back. Never got his other bags back. With over a million phone calls and visits to the greyhound station. Experiences with very rude personnel. I would never recommend greyhound to anyone ever. Take megabus if you can. Very poor customer service with greyhound.

Bus was to leave at 155p 5/31 and arrive in Springfield at 530p we didnt arrive till 430a 6/1 due to late bus then no driver for the bus then the bus breaking down. This is the 2nd time ive used greyhound and had horrible service.

Greyhound - The trip took 24 hours more than was scheduled

Aborted in Key West Florida and was supposed to be to Dyersburg Tennessee and the bus was late for 12 hours in Atlanta and then upon the bus getting there and taking me to Nashville the lady at Nashville rerouted me saying that it would be quicker however I ended up in Indiana and then had to come all the way back down. Taking 24 hours longer than the scheduled trip was supposed to be please Rectify this situation by giving me a free trip

Greyhound - I want a refund

am very unsatisfied customer. I bought a bus ticket on sunday to travel on 5/21/2018. I arrived at the bus stop at 9:00am. My bus was for 11am . The bus didn't come until 1:58pm. Which I had to stand in the rain for hours and I missed my son graudation which was in Indianapolis IN. Ik that you can't give me my memories from this events.
