I have ridden the bus many a time when the driver had people put off the bus. Everyone on the bus was always grateful that the rude and obnoxious drunken passengers were removed.

The driver always called ahead to have the police waiting somewhere and then would pull over and the cops would board and remove the offending person(s). The driver never had a bodyguard like you mentioned.

WATCH OUT, GREYHOUND DOESN'T GIVE A F

You would be much better off standing at the side of the road and hitch-hiking to your destination than riding with Greyhound. With all of the money that you save on tickets you can treat whoever picks you up to a wonderful meal and a full tank of gas. Stay away from this dangerous and disreputable bus company, it sucks!

Paid for a short commute. Forty five minutes is all. Bus never showed. Asked for a credit to apply to next week. They, Greyhounds customer service, will do every thing they can to invalidate that...their bus did not show. Do what ever you can NOT to use this bus line....

I think that things really started to go downhill after Greyhound bought up Trailways so that they could have a monopoly. I wish that this disgusting company would finally go out of business once and for all. Riding their buses is like being in a Jail, Mental Hospital and Homeless Shelter all rolled into one.

The customer service lady in the Miami airport greayhound bus station 3901 is horrible..she do not know how to treat people the right way...she is not polite at all and we wait a lot for our services to by the ticket..she is so rude..she do not have her name tag. So my complain is about her.

She suppose to have a Supervisor washing her all the time. Not a good experience with that person
