Sitting waiting for my bus. It's 4 hours late, front desk gave my a number. Number told me to talk to front desk. Used this site to talk to a human, human said I have to wait 24 hours. I'll try to jump through more hoops until I get my refund.

Greyhound - 24-hour trip took 3 days

Son-in-law took your bus from Sandusky Ohio to Wichita Kansas it broke down it took him 3 days to get home should have only taken him 24 hours you offered no accommodations you offered no meals you offered no refunds nothing he spent the last dime he had on getting that ticket to get home he wasn't even able to eat I demand answers

Greyhound - 6 hours late

The bus was to arrive in Bullhead city at 6:20pm. Did not show up till after misldnight, could NOT reach anyone at any grey hound number, called 10 different licatitions. Did not know if there was a accident or what. Not happy with thier service at all.

My bus from Columbus to Pittsburgh was delayed so much so that I would have missed the transfer scheduled at 3:45 pm at Pittsburgh. The next avalilable bus from Pittsburgh was at 10:30 pm, which would have stranded me at the bus stop and I could have missed my flight. Looking for a refund!

I agree with you. The Mobile, Alabama bus station is one of the filthiest, nastiest, grossest stations that I have ever been to. The Bathrooms are particularly dirty in nasty....
