Greyhound Is The WORST!!!We had a ticket with a #5 on the boarding pass, and they boarded 12 people ahead of us.

They then told us a bus was being sent from Baltimore and would be here in 45 minutes. An hour later we were told the bus was coming from Washington DC, had not gotten to Baltimore yet, and it was not empty. When asked if we had a guaranteed seat, the station attendant was rude and said no. We asked for an empty seat count when the bus pulls out of Baltimore and he said he could not do that.

So 3 hours later we still don't know if we will have to drive 4 hours to get our daughter to Pittsburgh. The way people have been treated during this ordeal is embarrassing to any company.

We all understand there are circumstances beyond the control of the station manager.But the manner in which he represented your company has many people in this station very upset and scrambling for another solution for their travel.
