Greyhound - Out sourcing customer service and their costly mistake ceo leach dosent respond
called to make round trip reservations for my daughter and I. after paying for the tickets I realized the ticket person made them for the wrong dates. found that out when I opened my on line email. should have known there would be a mess up due to ticket person didn't speak English but think was from india, when I asked to speak to supervisor he also spoke with the same accent. then I realized grey hound out sources their ticket and customer care. after I explained the mistake they couldn't fix it. but I had to submit everything to customer service in dallas texas.. I submitted to them and the ceo david leach. and have heard nothing from either. think next time ill use another bus service.
