Contact a lawyer you can get allot of money from this sort of case. I'm an retired lawyer and I can guarantee you can make them pay allot more than $82.99

I purchase a ticket on August 31 leaving Jacksonville Florida going to Cleveland Ohio. Leaving on September 1st arrived in Cleveland at 5:27.. I’m in Cincinnati and they tell me they have no driver. Yes I'm a very extremely pissed of at the whole Greyhound company. U say one fricking thing send u do the opposite.

Personally I feel as tho the customer is right.

Y'all don't get penalized when my Aunt's bag doesnt get here for 2 days after she arrives. U and Greyhound r playing with emotions....just refund my money or i will without a doubt have an awesome Lawyer too repersenrt me...

I did try to book trip by g Greyhound bus from Gainesville fl to Pensacola fl march28 2019 and march 29 2019 I did try several Greyhound web sites all the web sites are showing Gainesville Fl bus stop doesn't exist and Pensacola doesn't exist I believe there is a Greyhound bus leaving Orlando fl going to Houston tx with stops in Gainesville fl and Pensacola Fl because I couldn't find any info I can not take greyhound it is very sad greyhound doesn't take better care of future passengers

The New York Port Authority, The Chicago Greyhound Bus Station and the Los Angeles Greyhound bus station may be scary and *** and be in cities much larger than Houston, but Houston, Texas, the 4th largest city in America wins the title of "Scariest and Creepiest Bus Station In America." Lots of suspicious looking people waiting to grab your bags or purse and 'Make A Run For The Border"

The Houston Greyhound Bus Depot would be a Great Scary Place to go for Halloween. Just make sure that you don't leave your trick of treat bags unattended. There are usually a bunch of shady looking and unsavory looking characters milling around the station, looking like they are not traveling anywhere, but are just waiting and watching for their opportunity to steal someone's unattended purse or luggage.

I remember how scary the Houston bus station is. But after going through it many times, I would just go through there with a Poker face and would always walk down the street, a block away to the McDonalds to get some reasonably priced food.

I have been throuh the Houston Greyhound Bus Station dozens of times and I don't let all of the scary looking weirdos milling around the station intimidate me, nor am a scared of all of the panhandlers and peddlers hanging out on the sidewalk in front of the station. I am always glad when the bus finally loads up and gets the hail out of there, because it is definitely one of my least favorite Greyhound Stations.

Got a bus from Brunswick GA and only going to Myrtle beach SC. Only rode a little over a hour to Savannah only to find out they gave up my seat I reserved ahead of time so they gave me another ticket. Asked the lady what time I’d be leaving she said 6 a.m!!! That’s 12 hours sitting in the station and that not only it the damn AC isn’t working inside the building and it’s 100 degrees out, no air circulating through here at all!! I have asthma and the heat is making it 100% worse. Not good with someone with health issues and they need to get it fixed ASAP before they lose all their customers Greyhound you suck

You Said It! 12 Hours waiting in the Greyhound Station seems like much longer. As you wander the station looking for ways to spend your time, you quickly realize that many of your options involve getting ripped off by paying movie theater ticket prices for food and drink, or being grossed out by hanging out in a station that is as filthy as a dumpster.

I TRIED TO BOOK ONLINE AND AFTER I ENTERED MY DESIRED DEPARTURE TIME, THE SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY CHOSE 730AM ON MEMORIAL DAY, THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED BUT IT WAS TOO LATE. TERRIBLE SYSTEM. SO THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. OUTSOURCED OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE NO ONE THERE CAN BE UNDERSTOOD. WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO PAY EXTRA TO CHANGE THE TIME, SO I DID BECAUSE WHAT CHOICE DID I HAVE. THATS EXTORTION WHERE I COME FROM. THE EXPERIENCE SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN GOOD. that's what alot of people say. I personally don't like being squeezed into such close quarters with all of the filthy unwashed passengers that always seem to sit next to me. I've seriously thought about buying 2 tickets on long trips, just so that I could be spared of having some really grose person squashed next to me, but knowing Greyhound, I knew that even if I did that, that someone would insist on sitting next to me on a crowded bus.

In short, Greyhound stole $150 from me. I booked my ticket months in advance, only to find out a month before that I couldn't make the date I'd scheduled. (December 30th.) Customer service told me to call them or to go to a station, and their Facebook page stated that they could reschedule me there as well. I have no access to transportation, so going to a station was not an option for me. The social media page started ignoring my messages after December 7th. I called in to reschedule, and the man I spoke with pulled my ticket up and asked me to wait a few minutes while he "checked something." He kept repeating, "Please stay on the line," every so often for about five minutes before hanging up on me. I called again and spoke to a woman, only to have her tell me that they don't reschedule on the phone. Then, I got on their live chat on the greyhound website to verify that and was told that their policy does state that you can reschedule over the phone. So, this woman lied to me. The third time I called, I heard, "Hello, thank you for calling Grey-" and the line went dead. Presumably because the guy hung up on me, just as the first person had. The next time I called, I was told that there was an issue with my ticket and the ONLY way I could reschedule was to go into a station and do it. I thanked the woman and called back, asking to speak with a manager. After explaining the situation to the manager and stating that I'd been saving up for my ticket for a whole year before purchasing it, I was still told that my only option was to go into a station. I asked if I could get a refund due to the fact that they couldn't reschedule me on the phone and I couldn't get to a station, and was told no. Their social media page has yet to respond to me, despite three requests to reschedule through them. (Note that I'd contacted the social media page before calling five times, and all my calls were spread out over a week rather than back-to-back. I also ALWAYS make a point to be polite because customer service is a *** job, so I wasn't hung up on because I was rude.) In short, Greyhound has treated me like garbage, refused to help me at all despite the fact that they can't do what was promised upon purchasing my ticket, and has refused to refund me.
