Twice in a row now ive purchased e-tickets from greyhound
Both times they were leaving from ithaca ny
Both times theyve has a series of transfers with partner companies
( shortline to be exact )
And both times these drivers play dumb they see greyhound and refuse to acknowledge the ticket tell i yell !
Even though it clearly says they are the connecting company
Both times the drivers complain they have to pay
But today was the tip of the iceburg bus left at 1:30am so no office is open i wind up fighting both drivers over a ticket i cant lie about paper clearly reads that its a ticket im hella pissed currently still on the bus not even knowing whats gonna happen in nyc with peter pan another supposed partner
