Steer clean away from Greyhound Bus Company

They lost my daughters luggage. I was told we had to wait 3 months to file a claim. From the very start of contacting them they were told the bus driver kept her ticket stub and no one told her she had to put a tag on her luggage. Now they are claiming without the ticket stub they will not give her a check for her lost luggage. This all started Sept 4th 2019, and we are still fighting with Greyhound. Very poor Customer Service.

I had been backsliding for quite some time, but then I Refound Jesus at the Pentecostal Church. Now I'm trying to leave a clean life and have pure thoughts and do good deeds.

Also I am going to treat my body like the Temple that it is and not put any garbage food into it.

That means no more fast junk food for me. I'm learning how to cook at home now and trying not to be yoked in with nonbelievers.

Greyhound - Bad and non compassionate

My mother journey begin FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 20TH FROM FORREST CITY, ARKANSAS. A 17 HOUR TRIP ENDED UP BEING 24 HOUR TRIP. ALL TRANFER CONNECTIONS WERE MISSED DUE TO LATE ARRIVAL AND BUSES REFUSE TO WAIT. SHE WAS TALKED TO VERY RUDELY. MY MOM IS 74 YEARS OLD AND DESERVE A FULL REFUND FOR SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SHE EVEN STARTED CRYING BECAUSE OF THE STRESS. SHE FINALLY ARRIVED IN GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN 7 HOURS LATER THAN WHAT SHE WAS SUPPOSE TOO. very disappointed in Greyhound travel Greyhound for years but that has you say very pissed off as far as your customer service they are not were called to him. I am very very mad. I think you it is a disgrace the way you treat customers and how will be the first one to say that none of my family will ever travel Greyhound again and if there's any way I can get it out there I will alert everybody that I know about your customer service and your business it is not worth the problem. I had to drive last night all night to pick up my wife because your bus broke down you said a bus out and then by God they take the people off the bus and send that bus to another location and have the nerve to offer $34.00 as a refund NEVER AGAIN WILL GREYHOUND BE IN OUR VOCABULARY AGAIN I WILL REVIEW YOUR SERVICE, RELIABILITY AND REFUND NEGATIVELY EVERYWHERE I CAN

Greyhound - RUDE DRIVER CURTIS PRESTON

I was waiting in priority boarding and wanted to make sure I was in the right place because I was running to get back to priority after hearing the call (bus was very late and lady told me it had a breakdown when I asked). I asked the driver if I was in the right place to which he barked that he was doing reboards; this didn’t answer my question about if I was in the right place for my schedule. I told him he was rude to which he barked out to me that he had answered my question. I told him he hadn’t and that I’d report him to which he arrogantly said “Go right ahead and matter of fact the manager is right over there.” This is one driver Greyhound needs to weed out. I’ve heard they are going through the process of restructuring their program so they have curtious drivers. If you have a bad experience, REPORT IT TO THE DALLAS HEADQUARTERS NOT THE LOCAL STATIONS! I’ve noticed over the years that the local stations get buddy buddy with certain drivers and turn a blind eye to bad behavior sometimes even finding it a funny joke. Be a voice and report your bad experiences! A difference can be made!

Greyhound - Don’t use your phone to purchase a ticket

I purchased 3 tickets yesterday May 21, 2019 for Today May 22,2019. There’s was change of plans and I’m unable to take the bus. I called In the morning to ask for a refund and customer service told me that they couldn’t refund the tickets because it was non-refundable. I asked what tickets were refundable and she told the flexible ticket, when I looked on my phone for the flexible ticket option they only have the economy and economy upgrade. There’s no option for a refundable ticket. I spoke to the supervisor and asked her to get on her phone so she can see what I’m talking about. The only response I got was “I’m sorry this is not a refundable ticket next time you purchase a ticket make sure to be on a laptop” how are we suppose to know that? I would like my money back or atleast half but I know that won’t happened. Someone needs to fix the regular internet site to have that flexable ticket option because all I see is economy upgrade and that doesn’t even get your refund back. This is *** if you ask me!!

Hello, If you didn't read it right. I'm trying to explain that there isn't a option button to be able to get refund tickets at all.

So when someone purchase the ticket THROUGH THIER PHONE they have no choice but to get the NO REFUND TICKET.

Look it up for your self ON YOUR PHONE. THANKS

He is probably a circuit court judge. When someone takes plea deal to a crime that they didn't commit because they are scared silly, the judge says to them "You do realize that this court is under no obligation to honor this agreement" and then he does just that and hands down the maximum fine and jail sentence, even though the person only took the plea deal because it said that all that they would get was the minimum fine. If the person had taken their case to trial they most likely would have been acquitted of all of the charges.

You would be much better off hitch-hiking. With the money that you would save on not having to buy the super-expensive tickets you could stay in a few motel rooms along the way and have money for food.

Rode Greyhound today for first and last time. I can’t believe how rude I was treated by person at terminal in Louisville KY today. These employees need to realize that customers are how they get their paychecks. There’s a lot of competition in the travel industry and Greyhound could be top notch company but it needs to train its employees to be respectful to its customers. Poor management at the top that don’t give a hoot I guess.

I called 5-7 business days (5 separate times already) now they’re saying they refunded me the $50, yet MY BANK STATEMENTS ARE SAYING OTHERWISE and i called my bank to speak to a representative, they told me THEMSELVES that Greyhound has not refunded me anything, but instead shows how much i spent at greyhound on this God forsaken trip i took with my two kids. I’m fed up..

i hope Greyhound gets shut down, i hope all the unethical workers there, lose their jobs because all you care about is making a check. Not insuring quality and checking your buses before sending your customers out on them, is careless and it goes to show just the type of people who work there.

DO NOT TAKE GREYHOUND BUSES ANYMORE. #shutdowngreyhound

I called up Greyhound the other day to check on the price of a bus ticket and was quoted an unusually low price. I had the pleasure of speaking with "Faith" the nice lady who one of the reviewers on her said didn't know how to spell her name. That's just because she probably had an unusually name from the country that she lives in, and they told her to use the popular american sounding name "Faith" I think that Faith is a very good phone worker for Greyhound.
