Details
Rode Greyhound today for first and last time. I can’t believe how rude I was treated by person at terminal in Louisville KY today. These employees need to realize that customers are how they get their paychecks. There’s a lot of competition in the travel industry and Greyhound could be top notch company but it needs to train its employees to be respectful to its customers. Poor management at the top that don’t give a hoot I guess.

Why in the world doesn't Greyhound have a call enter in the United States of America. There are many people who are out of work and would gladly do that job and they would talk in english.
