Greyhound - Poor service

Hello this complaint is about poor service at the forsyth location downtown Atlanta the workers are over worked management sucks its not a safe environment, people have been shot at, the homeless has taken over this place, you have one worker cooking food, running the register, cleaning up its obvious that this is too much for one person, the customers are very concerned the buses are broke down the wait is unbearable no one is there to answer any questions , management treat their workers like they are less than human I will be contacting the news on help with this issue. Please send some one to check this issue out, I will follow up on this issue I will be sending a team to gather more information , these people who work there are people who are trying to provide for their families

The local news station and bus depot manger can not be much help,Only upper manadgment in Dallas,TX. can do anything.

Ah, Yes. I have been through the Atlanta Greyhound bus station many, many times.

I remember their gift shop where they have a model of a Greyhound Bus for sale, and I thought to myself "Who The Freak Would Want To Have That Around Their House?" I remember how Doggone high the prices of the food and drink and snacks were inside of the Atlanta Greyhound Station, so I walked to a nearby convinience store to get some food and drink and there was an extremely aggressive panhandler than follwed me both inside and outside the store, hounding me for money the whole time. I was real scared that he was going to all of a sudden start mugging me, so I high-tailed it back inside the Greyhound.

I remember looking at the prices and thinking "Wow! Greyhound's prices are just like when you go to the movie theater and want to get a large popcorn, large coke and some candy it is like "Whoa!" Greyhounds Prices Are Too Doggone High!

Greyhound - ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC SERVICE!!!

THE STAFF AT GREYHOUND IS RUDE, DIFFICULT, and UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. Larry at the Houston Terminal hung up on me and refused to give me his manager's information. I wanted to place a complaint because my mom took a bus from San Antonio to Houston recently and they told me she did not arrive at the Houston terminal and that instead she got off in another city due to an emergency. I had a panic attack! It was FALSE!!! These people are incredibly incompetent. They do not want to work. They scheduled a bus ride from San Antonio to Houston even though there was CITY WIDE FLOODING in Houston. Due yourself a favor and DO NOT USE GREYHOUND!

Greyhound - Horrible experience with the customer service.. very rude..

My family and I experienced our first ever nightmare with Greyhound. Our journey to Florida took 2 and a half days because of cancellations in every stop we had. The employees were rude and cursed me out because of a question. Using and talking on their phones while attending customers. Never ever again I will ride Greyhound. I would like my money back

The incident happened on june 7th. I, myself as well as my brother and my sister in law all contacted several employees and were hung up on by a few when we asked to speak to supervisors. After spending almost 3 hours, we still had no solution for the problem. We will be contacting an attorney,news stations and BBB.

The bus driver did not stop at her destination of Benson, Ariz. She asked him to stop at the next stop in Wilcox, Az. but he refused. He told her he was taking her to New Mexico. He then abandoned her in Lordsburg, New Mexico at a bus stop where there was no one to assist her. He showed no regard for her safety or well being.

Greyhound left me and a few others at the rest stop, with all my belongings on the bus driver was nasty when we got on the bus in Philadelphia Filbert st. Station she was running late do to Eagles parade which had nothing to do with passengers, then at the rest stop she gave us 20 min to use restroom not even 10 mins people still waiting in line and she boards the bus and leave people running yelling to wait 11:45 pm we stranded all of our belongings on the bus laptop clothing etc. Pittsburgh students

Greyhound - Never again

I'm a first-timer using Greyhound and my experience have just been awful. Mid-november I booked a ticket for my little brother who would be coming back from college for his winter break. I had the ticket set to be printed at the station. After realizing that he would be on campus a few days longer I called and got the ticket rescheduled. The rep that I spoke to never mention that because I was rescheduling that my brother would now have to print the ticket from home. He got to the station December 15th at around 8:10 for the bus leaving at 8:55 from Erie PA to Philadelphia. He was told that because the ticket wasn't set to be printed at the station they wouldn't print it out for him. There was no way he would make it back in time so I called in to customer care and explain to them the situation. The rep that I spoke to basically said in order to reschedule that I would have to pay another $20. After going back and forth with her she then said that she could forward me to customer care and they would be able to take care of me I said okay. I was on hold for about 20 minutes when I decided to hang up and just pay the $20 because it was almost time for the bus to leave. When I called back in I was told that I no longer could reschedule because it was already 8:50. I will have to buy a whole new ticket to get my brother home. I told her to forward me back the customer care. I waited on the line again for about 30 minutes before a rep could get on the phone. She said hello ask me what was going on. I explained the situation but stopped when I realized that she wasn't saying anything back. I stayed on the phone for another 10 minutes still nothing back. Finally I hang up and call again. Ran into the same problem. Already being so angry and frustrated I decided to just buy another ticket to get him home but this company will never get my business again.

Greyhound - Bad Travel

Bought a ticket on-line to travel on 26 Nov from Fredrick MD to Pittsburgh PA. Took my money on line and debited my account immediately. Got there at 715 AM for a 745 departure. Waited in line with 30 other people going back to college. bus arrived at 810AM in Frederick with two empty seats. Was told to wait, another bus was coming. Waited til 930 and was told not sure if another bus coming. Was told the next bus was at 130PM, not sure how many seats are available. Parents had to drive me back to school. Talked to Greyhound customer service this morning, was first told the ticket was non-refundable, then was told have to verify the bus was oversold, then told a refund would be processed within 7 - 14 business days. So they charge $100 per person for 30 people, then keep everyone's money for 14 days and none of them got a ride to anywhere on Greyhound. Making money hand over fist off of college kids. Wonder what I'll eat for the next 14 days.................?? Harold, #3217, from customer service doesn't have a boss. I guess he runs the entire company.
