Unfortunately I purchased non-refundable $500.In bus fare, for c-mas vacation, I became ill, and was unable to go.....so after crying and begging, to maybe give me a $500.

Credit...for a future trip....the grayhound customer service informed me that I needed a note/documentation from my Dr. to validate that I was truly ill...excuse me...I'm 61 yr old lady on SSDI, under Dr.

Supervision for many chronic ongoing illness....it is humaliating to to beg...for my money back
