This is without exception, the worst run company in the history of human endeavor! As a professional driver, I have a reasonable understanding of logistics, safety and customer service, not to mention professional conduct!

Not one of these is a strong point within The Greyhound organization! Least of all, customer service! I have NEVER met so called, professional drivers who have more contempt, patience nor empathy for their customers in my 54 years of living. Greyhound should pay the passengers for the consistent abuse, arrogance and treatment of most of it's passengers!

The company does not open it's doors to allow pre boarded passengers to use their restrooms while waiting. They open at your departure time. Then rush you onto the bus, tell you to use the on board lavatory! The drivers are always, without exception (11different trips over the years) the most rude, hateful individuals, to every passenger they seem to resent!

This company has an incredibly palpable racial animosity toward many of it's passengers. It's very unfortunate! I drove tour busses to Las Vegas many years ago, I always enjoyed meeting the passengers.

These drivers seem to hate their jobs! Cattle, being driven to slaughter are given more courtesy than a passenger on a Greyhound bus!
