I am outraged with greyhound. I have been a loyal customer of greyhound for thirteen years,.
On friday march 1, 2008 Iwas scheduled to go to Eaton pa. My bus arrived an hour late and it took 5 hours to get there. something about a new driver. Well I got back on greyhound march 7 the following week.
I was scheduled to go to pittsburgh for the weekend. I did so. However on momday I got on the bus and it broke down, after 30mins on the road. We were put on another bus, however our luggage was not.
I was told that the bus would meet me in Harrisburg. Never happened.
Now I must go through all this red tap to be compensated for all the things lost.screw greyhound..................
