I bought a ticket from California to West Virginia to leave Jan5 was supposed to arrived jan8 didn't get there until Jan 12 12pm.I had the worst experience kept getting delayed sent backwards to go forward.

An some places wouldn't give us food vouchers because it wasn't their fault.

My kids seen people get beat up an doing drugs in front of the station they said they was gonna give me my refund by Jan31 I called to check on it they said give them more time called back Feb 3rd said they had proceeded it wrong wait tell Feb16, 2017 still nothing so I am taking legal action.They have no respect for people NEVER WILL I YAKE GREYHOUND AGAIN!!!!
