Does your cute little video show how this dynamic began? All I see is a moron driving down the street with a phone, pretending they're making an epic and not paying attention to the road.

How many people did your ignorant @#$# put in danger just to get your video? What about the people on the bus as you helped distract the driver? If this person was so dangerous, why didn't you call the police you moron? Please tell me you didn't have a kid in the car.

If you haven't already please do not reproduce. OK say it, idiot, "You must work for them"

Who in their right mind would be riding Greyhound during the covid-19 emergency shutdown. They've got a lot of nasty unwashed people riding the Greyhound and everyone is all squashed up together like sardines.

Plus the buses are carrying passengers from all kinds of freaky places and is constantly stopping and letting new freaks aboard. I would say that Greyhound buses are probably the ideal environment for not only contracting the C coronavirus, but also headlice and crablice as well.

The buses are filthy and so are the bus stations. And it would be no fun without all of the 45 minute meal stops at McDonalds.

When is Greyhound going to take over one of the airlines? Now I'd like to see THAT! They could welcome all of the unwashed riff raff that they currently welcome on their buses......., all of the passengers who had parent's who never taught them any manners.

The driver is very hostile. He had the heat set on 75 from the minute we all boarded the bus(Bus number 86902 Sunday,22 2019 9:15 am Ohio He told us at the start of the trip that if it was to hot or to cold to let him know. So a couple of hours into the trip a passenger 2 rows back got up and came to the front where the driver is and he said excuse me sir several times and then gently tapped on the glass to try to get the drivers attention. The driver totally ignored him and he sat back down. A few minutes later I began to sweat from the high heat and I was sitting directly behind the bus driver. So I leaned into the plexiglas and said excuse me sir several time and he dismissed me with his rolling eyes the third time I tried to get his attention. When he did that I politely ask him if he could turn the heat just alittle it is very hot on this bus. I asked that 2 more time and as I thought he couldn't hear me I spoke just alittle louder. I asked him one more time and his response was there is other passenger's on this bus. Mind you me and the another passenger was the only people to ask him any question at all. Then when we made a stop he jumped up out of his seat and opened the little door and got in my face and said who the *** am I to talk to him this way. Everyone on the bus said I wasn't being rude or disrespectful to him at all. He is very hostile and doesn't care about the passengers at all. This man need to lose his job for the way he came at me over us just politely asking him multiple time to please lower the heat a little bit. I will never ride grey hound again. This bus driver has a real hasty attitude.

Maybe the driver was from the jungles in Africa where it is hot all of time and that's why he wanted the heat up so high on the bus. Just like when you have tropical birds and you have to keep it real warm in the room that you keep it in for them. Because that's what they are most comfortable with.

We had our trip last August 15 from Sacramento to Anaheim. We transferred another bus in L.A going to Anaheim. As we were in the freeway, we could see that we were passing by Anaheim. We told the driver we were going to Anaheim but he told us Anaheim was not his route!...

Greyhound - Rude unprofessional behavior towards person with disabilities

1.8
Details
My uncle who has expressive aphasia from a stroke and issues ambulating (walking at times) took a bus from St Louis to Kansas City bus 1651 scheduled departure 8/21/19 at 0300. In an attempt to inform the driver of my uncles limitations with communication as the Greyhound website clearly states should be done prior to boarding. I was told “ I am not a babysitter” followed by “if he can’t travel alone, maybe someone should travel with him”. It clearly states with the exception of medications, or assistance with toileting reasonable accommodations to assist travelers with disabilities will be made. This particular driver lacked compassion and apparently the intelligence to communicate on a level beyond a middle schooler. I have sent a complaint to Greyhound.

Just what did you expect them to do beyond helping him on and off the bus? Did you think the driver would stop the bus(while ignoring the needs of the other passengers) to constantly check on(AKA babysit) your uncle?

Based on your banal rant, you wanted more than any driver who has other people to look out for can do. You tried to turn a bus full of people into a medical transportation vehicle.

It's no wonder they said if unc needs more than the basic service offered, someone should ride with him rather than trying to use a bus line as a cheap medical transport service. Next time, save up some money and transport this man properly and give him the dignity he deserves.

As unpleasant as the whole Greyhound experience is, you need a toke just to be able to make it through your trip. I think that you should sue the britches off of Greyhound and make them pay you millions of dollars in pain and suffering. then you will have enough money to purchase your own "Magic Bus" and can be just like Willie Nelson traveling all over the country high as the treetops.

Best to just ship all your luggage to your destination by FedEx or UPS and then just ride the bus in peace knowing that your luggage will be at your destination when you arrive.

Greyhound - Ridiculous service

I brought a ticket to leave out of Atlanta that was to depart at 12:45 am the bus didn't arrive until 7:45 am.. 7hours waisted ... But I don't feel special because every bus leaving from Atlanta that day was late .. I then boarded the bus and got the pleasure of having the rudest bus driver in the world.. he kept stopping the bus to go over his rules of travel .. one example is he got a skunk so the bus smelled like skunk on the inside strong.. he then why accusing everybody in the back of the bus if smoking *** I explained to him no one was smoking he told me to shut up and called the cops on me and said I threatened him.. the cops came and told him he was mistaken and that it was a skunk.. after a hour on the side of the road in the middle on no where.. never will I leave the driving to then again...

Greyhound - NO CELL PHONES FOR DRIVERS

3.3
Details
I HAD NOT RIDEN A GREYHOUND FOR 30 YEARS, NEEDLESS TO SAY TECHNOLOGY HAS NOT LAGGED BEHIND. THERE IS A NEW MENACE ON OUR HIGHWAYS, CELL PHONES AND THE NEED FOR MANY TO DRIVE AND HANDLE THEIR CELL PHONES SIMULTANEOUSLY !! I, FOR ONE, TAKE EXCEPTION. SCIENTIFICALLY, THE BRAIN CANNOT HANDLE MANY TASKS ALL AT ONCE, SOMETHING WILL BE AMISS, WHEN DRIVING IT COULD BE YOU, YOUR LOVE ONE OR SOMEONE ELSES LOVE ONE. I NOW HAVE A NEW EXCEPTION, BUS DRIVERS !! I RODE A GREYHOUND FROM HOUSTON TO LAKE CHARLES, 8PM TO 11:15PM ON SEPT 3, 2018. OUR DRIVER PICKED UP HIS PHONE ON FOUR DIFFERENT OCCASIONS TO CHECK IT, MAYBE FOR A MISSED CALL OR TEXT, TOUCHING THE SCREEN TO GO TO WHATEVER APP OR LOCATION NEEDED ON THE PHONE, AT NEAR 70 MPH !! THIS IS APPALLING !! NO DOUBT DRIVERS HAVE BEEN CAUTIONED OR WARNED NOT TO HANDLE CELL PHONES WHILE DRIVING . MAYBE YOU SHOULD ADAPT THE STANCE OF MANY EMLPOYERS, "NO CELL PHONES AT WORK" !! TURN THEM OFF, LEAVE IN YOUR CAR, PUT ON SILENT ! MANY MAN HOURS ARE LOST YEARLY DUE TO CELL PHONE USAGE WHILE ON THE JOB AND ON THE CLOCK. GOD FORBID ONE DRIVER MAKES A MISTAKE AND LIVES ARE LOST.

You should have walked up to the front of the bus and yelled at the driver "SHUT UP AND DRIVE!" He was putting all of the passengers on the bus in danger by his actions. What if all of a sudden a car and swerved in front of the bus, and the driver would have been delayed in reacting by a couple of seconds because he was on the phone?

Maybe they were aliens from outer space. Once when I was riding the Greyhound Bus, i walked away from the station to find something better to eat.

I walked into a nice restaurant and ordered a sandwich to go. It was a real nice restaurant where people were wearing their finest clothes. As I ordered my sandwich and waited for it, I noticed that everyone was staring at me like I was an alien from outer space, probably because I appeared to be homeless as I was disheveled, and I probably smelled bad too from having been on the bus for days.

The sandwich was real expensive and didn't cost any more than buying an overpriced one from the Greyhound's Traveler's Grill Restaurant. I was glad when my sandwich was ready, and I could get the hail out of there.

There's 2 things in this world that I just can't understand: The Way The Government Runs Things, and The Way Greyhound Runs Things.

One time I was waiting for the Greyhound bus with four other passengers and the bus stopped and there were only three seats available. And the driver said that we all had to wait a few hours for another bus that was coming along, instead of at least letting three of us board. One person very much wanted to board the bus saying that they were on the way to attend the funeral of a family member, and that they would miss the funeral if they had to wait for the next bus to come along. The driver still wouldn't let them get on. I never could understand why the driver didn't have enough compassion on that passenger to let them make it to their relatives funeral on time.

I read in the newspaper that there recently was a Greyhound bus traveling from Cleveland, Ohio to New York York City. The driver accounced to the passengers that he was having engine troube and was going to have to drive back to Cleveland.

He ended up driving all thye way back to Toledo, Ohio before he realized that he missed his exit, and then had to drive all the way back to Cleveland. Sounds just like something that the government would do.
