Greyhound - TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT ON THE GREY HOUND!

One time when I was riding the Greyhound bus a lady got up and went to the driver complaining about the gentlemen sitting next to her putting his hand up on her thigh. And all the driver did was tell the gentlemen that he had to go up front and sit behind the driver. The lady was very upset and was obviously telling the truth. As The gentleman who touched her was walking up to the front of the bus he said real loud "If I was touching her, she should have been GLAD that I was touching her!" I think that the driver should have pulled over and put him off the bus and possibly have called the police. Many times I have ridden Greyhound where A lady will get up and go to the front of the bus to complain to some *** fondling her and then soon after they pull into the station and the driver tells everyone to stay on the bus and the cops come on board and remove the *** The buses are always so packed that you are squashed against the person sitting next to you and it's hard to tell if someone just touched you inappropriately on purpose or accidentally. I hate riding on those disgusting buses!

A greyhound driver picked us up four and a half hours and went 59 miles out of the way to get on Highway 280 out of Opelika Alabama when she was already on 280 I had to use Google Maps to guide her into the bus station at Birmingham then for some reason from Birmingham to Lewisville I never changed buses but one of my bags got missing I called immediately and reported all of this when I got to Louisville I called and reported my bag I called back they agreed to refund my ticket cost but for some reason they can't find where I complained about my bag being lost and I've called customer service and being put on hold and every call got cut off I asked for the number to corporate office and I was refused so corporate needs to get off their *** so we can talk to him because I've got $500 worth of stuff in a bag somewhere and for some reason they don't want to acknowledge it I got proof I checked the bag and Opelika Alabama but they're saying I never said nothing about it so here you are corporate office I recorded every phone call I made its own recording that I discussed my lost bag with the gentleman so if it's not on your computer and they said they don't have it that's not my fault so what we do now far having to replace my stuff and where did Death because of a driver that was impaired buy whatever reason I will be in touch with my attorney this is no joke and no laughing matter just because you in the corporate office don't mean you can't talk to individual about something we need a way to get in touch with you but I guarantee you my attorney can have a blessed day

Yesterday night bus driver stoped in Binghamton, she didn't anounced how long we stop there. When I used restroom after I had quick phone call(I spent time about 6mit total) meantime I realized bus was trying to bake up to move. I was stoping bus but she was still the moving the bus. So I was Knocking hardly then she was stop the bus but she seems not want to opened the door. I was showed her why you don't want to opened the door I used body language then after a few minutes she finally opened the door for me. She seems raicism person. She is black, I am an asian but I am a customer how could do driver try to abandon customer? I was so nervous almost freaked out cause it was pretty dark night. She was definitely not right to the customer.she needs some punishment from the company. Bus schedule was 5pm to syracuse. It happened was around 9.00pm 5-15-2018

Let's see, you didn't know how long the stop would be, you got off without asking and it's her fault? What did the other passengers do when she tried to leave without them?

Oh, they were on the bus, in their seats and ready to roll. Hmmmmm...

How did they know when to be on the bus and you didn't? Get a clue and ask questions the next time princess.

Maybe they should cut out all of those "45 minute meal stops at McDonalds". That would save an hour off of the trip right there.

And they should probably cut out all of the smoking breaks too. And eliminate alot of those little hick towns that they always stop at where nobody gets on or off the bus.

Greyhound - Left behind at Truck Stop by Greyhpund Bus Driver

My name is Patricia A. Bailey, I am a 69 year old senior citizen and was in route home to Norfolk, Virginia. Greyhound Confirmation Number: 61837665 Luggage Tracer #: 27036955 Schedule #: 1080 out of Charlotte, North Carolina on December 26, 2017 The Greyhound Bus Driver changed my original ticket at the door to take me on the Express Bus to Richmond, VA then to Norfolk, VA rather than my original ticket through Raleigh, N.C which would then take me to Norfolk, VA. Departure was 2 or more hours late in leaving the terminal after waiting for the driver. Upon boarding, normally the driver would give instructions on the rules of no smoking, cell phone use and noise levels allowed. However, upon entering the bus, this driver did not. He instead proceeded to close the door, blow his horn and backed out (hitting something in the process) and left the terminal. Making no announcement of the stop until we were actually pulling into the Pilot Travel Center, Store number 57, 1342 Trollingwood Hawfields Rd., Mebane, NC 27302 - I40/85, Exit 152. Driver announced we would be at this location for 30 minutes. Passengers, including myself; left the bus and proceeded inside. I went into McDonalds to get breakfast and so did the bus driver. In fact, we were sitting in immediate view of each other. Upon leaving McDonald's I made a purchase in the store, smoked a cigarette, went to the ladies room and proceeded out to the bus. The bus was still parked in the same location with door closed and engine running. I tried to open the door but it was locked. I knocked but it still wasn't opened to allow me on board. At this point, I am thinking maybe the driver had locked the bus and was still inside the location. I turned, took two steps away from the bus at which point the engine revved and the bus pulled off.... I am now, running along side the bus waving my arms frantically, knowing full well this driver as well as the passengers on board can see me. He did not slow down nor stop and continued to enter the highway leaving me stranded in an unfamiliar place, knowing no one and without my medications (HBP/HC) along with other health issues; and basically not even knowing where I was at that time. I have since found out as stated. I have notified Greyhound Customer Service/Complaint Department and Baggage Claim Department . I am also sending a Certified Letter to Dallas Corporate Headquarters with a detailed account of what transpired after being left behind.

I have panic disorder so I take my dog with me if I go somewhere far. I called greyhound and asked them what are your pet policy for people with emotional disability . No certificate needed you don't need a cage and must carry the dog and no one should question u why u have the dog. When I gave me ticket to the driver I asked since it's my first time do we get assigned seat?? He said * as long as you don't sit next to me* it wasn't funny so when he saw my face he started to laugh about it. Me my mom and my dog got on the bus ignoring his non funny joke. We stopped 4 different places and every time he made the stop I went out to walk my dog and give her water. Right when we were about to leave on the fourth stop the driver came to our seat and questioned me * what is that?? I said it's a service dog. He said really?? You sure?? I was embarrassed how he questioned me in front of all the passengers. I was very upset and told him do you want to see my medications??? I was told I can carry my dog and I asked about the policy of service dog already. The driver stared and me and went back to his seat. I was totally uncomfortable and couldn't believe why he question me now after 4 hours of the ride with all the stops I took the dog out?? And why he Couldn't take me aside and ask me without everyone looking at me. While he drove I called greyhound and wanted them to know what happened to me and while I was on the phone the gentleman in back of me went to the driver and said That Asian girl is making a complaint about the driver because he's black and I'm being racist. I ignored what he said and started to talk to the rep in the complaint department while I was talking to her the gentlemen instigated the other passengers that I'm a racist *** we all black that's why she's like that people like me give bad taste to black people im messed up and so on with all the negative comments about me. This lady got up on her seat and started to scream at me and started to verbally attacking me.my mom was scared something will happen to me. I told her how is it racist when someone feels uncomfortable and wants to make a complaint?? I never said a word about black people. I screamed at her back You are being racist to me attacking me because I'm Asian!!! I told her I have the right to complain about what happened to me this is free country. I was being attacked from the guy in back of me and the other lady through out the ride. While the guy kept saying all these horrible things to me I smelled alcohol and I asked my mom she said he smelled alcohol ever since we left the stop before. We were very scared for our life they wouldn't stop harrassing us. I thought it will end and all of sudden the driver said on the mic * excuse me if you want to make a complaint my name is KEVIN AND HE SPELLED HIS LAST NAME on the mic. He again said everyone don't worry she is getting off the next stop to rochester. I was totally shocked thinking I was safe in this bus with a professional driver this was totally out of line. Driver didn't stop the other passengers harassing me and now he's instigating adding more problems. I was having a severe panic attack wanted to get off couldn't stop shaking had to double my meds.I called my boyfriend please call greyhound because I can't right now and please call 911. As soon as I got off I was trying to get my bag when the same lady ran to me and tried to attack me. Thank god three security guards saw that and pulled her away. The lady Mariah that works for the trail way in rochester saw the whole thing. I was bullied, harassed and threatened in the bus and outside the bus. The driver Kevin pulled me aside and tried to talk to me and for the first time trying to be nice to me. I left so many messages on their phone and emails and still being ignored. I finally got even speak to Eric and Darryl on the phone and they gave me their word they will give me a refund but still nothing in the mail and when I tried calling back none of them called me back. What kind of mistreatment is this??!! Just absolutely disgusted by this company. First time and last time with this company.I will make sure everyone knows what kind of people they are and how UNSAFE IT IS IN THE BUS. We went on greyhound bus because am track was more expensive and so I went on the bus the driver was a obese black women so we started on the trip we sat in the front it was fine for the first 10 miles until she reclined her seat we kept telling her to put the seat up but she won't know put the seat up claiming that she had to because she is a black women who is obese and she needed the seat reclined for comfort so I went off at the next stop and had to take am track to the destination

Greyhound - Driver falling asleep at the wheel

I was on a bus from San Diego to Phoenix. When I got to Phoenix the bus was delayed approximately 6 hours. I had to get to my destination so I changed my ticket I still was late I got on a bus from Phoenix to El Paso, and the driver was swerving and falling asleep at the wheel. When the driver was called out on his driving he said that it was windy outside so I checked my phone for the weather in that area the winds were only 6 miles per hour. Driver continued swerving and nodding off at the wheel so I called him out on his driving once again as no one else would. The driver took the next exit and stood up in his seat started walking toward the back of the bus saying who was yelling at me and I said that was me. The driver got very rude with me and said that his driving was fine , did I want to drive the bus I said no sir we all just would like to get to our destination safely. So the driver continued on and his driving did not improve. I feel as if I was put on that bus for a reason because it wasn't the bus I was supposed to take as I said I changed my ticket. The drivers driving did not improve I had to stay awake on the bus all the way to El Paso and watch the driver to make sure that his head was not drooping he was still nodding off and he was still swerving and still falling asleep at the wheel and still being very very rude. When we got to our destination in El Paso the driver stood up and said I got you guys here 10 minutes early looked at me and said are you sick I said no I don't know why he was pointing me out but I asked him his name and he ignored me and he continued on saying I never sleep. I have had nothing but problems with Greyhound the last time I took a bus with you the bus driver was rude to me and refused to drive the bus when I treated her the same way causing us to be 3 hours late for our destination. I'm not giving up on this if I'm not contacted by someone soon regarding this issue I will take it as high as I can. I'm not sure but I think the driver was continuing on to San Antonio. I feel as if Greyhound does not care about their customers you don't even search your customers you just look in the bag with a little flashlight somebody could have something on them with what's going on in this world today I would like to feel safe and so would everybody around me please contact me regarding this issue as I am taking it to the highest Authority thank you for your time I really do appreciate it.
