Greyhound New York To Las Vegas Bus Review from Chicago, Illinois

Stuck for over 3 hours at St. Louis terminal with no assistance from anyone at the Greyhound counter, the Customer Service line hung up on me and the complaint line was of absolutely no help. Baggage handler told us they had no driver. How does a bus company have no driver for a scheduled bus route? Unacceptable. Will never travel this line again. Bus has been parked outside with all my belongings since 6:15 am. It is approaching 9:15.

Greyhound - College son left in Chicago!

I purchased a trip for our son to come home for the 4th of July weekend. He loaded bus in Milwaukee, WI., to Chicago. Then, transfer in Chicago; for Ann Arbor, MI. The bus from Milwaukee was an entire hour late did not arrive until 7pm. The transfer bus in Chicago LEAVES for MI.! Our son is told the next bus is 8:00 in the NEXT MORN.! WHAT? This young man with a backpack on is to stay in this station all night? I paid $135.00 for tickets and then at 9:30 at night I had to get in car and go get him! NO HELP FROM ANYONE AT GREYHOUND 5 CALLS LATER! For customer service people to treat him as if this situation was no big deal whatsoever, zero sympathy and actually had the audacity to make us feel like the morons. I have never heard or been apart of such an unprofessional situation. He witnessed addicts shooting up both in and outside of the station zero control of the interior and exterior of the station by employees. Holiday weekend or not this is absolutely ridiculous, if we are not compensated fully legal action will be taken. I suggest somebody within your organization reaches out immediately! Our friend who does not speak English was traveling from Chicago to Indianapolis. We left him at the terminal 30 min before scheduled departure. He called us at time of departure-no bus. We tried to call the terminal-nobody picks up, the "mailbox is full' message....

I left Florida on Friday on a journey of three days, proceed very bad times do buses with fecal odor due to lack of cleanliness, drivers who took off the air because they were cold and worst terminal step in Chicago il. DISCRIMINATION against there were some people who were resting on their luggage in the uncomfortable metal benches, doing a wait like me over 6 hours to Catch the next bus, were raised and taken out of the terminal and the guard's janitors for nothing , outside was Super Hot and remove these people's haceadores and the guard were making fun of these travelers who did nothing more to try to rest. also was by choice because others in the same circumstances do not even attention. (racist)
