Booked a round trip bus ticket from North Hollywood to Phoenix this past weeknd for my mom and grandma. The bus departure from Los Angeles to Phoenix was an hour and a half a late, so they had to transfer to a bus that was going to Texas and making a stop in Phoenix.
When leaving from Phoenix to North Hollywood the bus was a few minutes late. The bus wasnt even a full bus and they did not open the under bus carrier for luggage because they claimed it was full already. Mind you they were like the 12th person to get in the bus, how is it already full? The guy was just was too lazy to open the storage compartment.
It was already 12:10pm and the bus driver was taking her sweet time buying drinks and snacks. Mind you, the departure time was supposed to be 11:40am.
If we are paying extra money for this bus when we can buy cheaper tickets elsewhere with much better customer service, something is clearly wrong! Flixbus from here on out.
