I mailed 2 suitcases from Cincinnati,Ohio on July 9th of this year, to Daytona Beach, Florida. After no phone call from the hub here, I went there to inquire when my luggage would be arriving.
I was told it had not arrived, but should be on the 4:30pm bus that evening. Was told would receive phone call even if they were not on bus. NO PHONE CALL OR LUGGAGE! Start calling Greyhound everyday since then around the 13th, I have never had such a run around in my entire life.
They give you a tracking#308853**** and a tracer#80651,which are not worth a dime. They proceed to tell you these numbers have not been updated WHAT! They route you here and there knowing there is no one to help you. I will never ever use them again, they could care less about my belongings.
The phone centers are a joke, they all need to go back to CUSTOMER TRAINING. I don't want their money I WANT MY LUGGAGE PLEASE.
