Greyhound Filthy Stations

On May 24, 2012 I left out of Holland, Michigan on Indian Traila arrived in Benton Harbor, Michigan 5 minutes before station closed. Entered to use restroom where their was excessive dried *** on the only toilet and no soap. Only 2 half benches available outside to sit amongst stinky ashtrays and smokers. Then boarded an Indian Trail bus to Kalamazoo, Michigan where again the station was filthy. No running water but yet soap. Got on Greyhound bound for Jackson, Michigan driver was totally rude. Ignored all questions by passengers. I am a disabled passenger had made prior arrangements yet he ignored my request for early boarding and help with carry on baggage, customer had to help. Also he refused to take checked baggage from the Indian Trails bus so I ended up with hauling my luggage to the station to use the bathroom.
