HAD TO BUY AN ADDITIONAL RETURN TICKET from AR to NE....BUS LEFT EARLIER THAN USUAL....CALLED CS WHO IN RETURN SAID THEY WOULD MAIL ME A REFUND IN 14 DAYS.CALLED AFRER 14 DAYS EXPIRED.

THEY WERE PROCESSING IT BACK TO MY CARD...FIRST, WHY WOULD YOU BE PROCESSING SOMETHING THAT'S SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING MAILED BACK TO ME...THEN I WAS TOLD TO GIVE THEM BANK INFO WHICH IS WHAT I DID...GUESS WHAT ANITHE 14 DAYS TO PROCESSED...I HAVE HAD THINGS REFUNDED BACK IN 48 HRS...THEY MUST NEED THE $...IF THEY ARE DELAYING A REFUND FOR $129.00...FOR NO REASON...AN SINCE THE CS IS OVER SEAS EVERYONE IS RUDE BECAUSE THERE OVER SEAS AND CAN TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP....GREUHOUND HAS LOWERED THEIR STANDARDS AND CORE VALUE...WHATEVER THAT MAYBE.....
