Dec 28,2017. I filed a claim with Greyhound I filled out all the necessary paperwork that they needed my ticket claim form sheet and in the claim form sheet I put every item that I was missing it was around $2,800 also had insurance that I paid on my ticket been dealing with this for 4 months and all they can do is say they more need more time.
And then I get a response today on April 3rd 2018 and they tell me that they don't have my claim form sheet and they need a ticket I have wasted enough time dealing with this for the last 4 months it's time to just take,,them to court.
Poor customer service. I've been a customer with Greyhound for the last 10 years riding the bus I will not ride that bus no more unless they fix what is what they said that they would fix that I paid insurance for and a responsible for.
