Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I was given a $200 partial refund I'm happy with the outcome but I still won't use Greyhound ever again.

Got bus tickets for me and my five year old child to go from Fayetteville North Carolina to Memphis Tennessee after my truck broke down after traveling on our own before we even got to the Fayetteville Greyhound bus station the bus was already broke down we got stuck there for 12 hours while they tried to get a mechanic and to fix the bus then they decided to re-issue us new tickets for a 5:25 p.m. bus to go to Charlotte North Carolina that bus didn't show up until 10 p.m.
Mind you my transfer in Charlotte left at 9:50 p.m. so then we got stuck in Charlotte North Carolina for 12 hours waiting on another bus we finally reach Atlanta Georgia where they tell us due to weather delays passengers are permitted to travel at a later date or time without additional fees and no refund authorized which totally blew my mind as we are waiting at the Atlanta Greyhound bus station which is the worst birthdays and I have ever been to it is in a bad area bad people and while we were there one got arrested and many got thrown out lots of fights and then my luggage ended up getting stolen then an hour later it was brought back by the person who took it I guess there was nothing in it she wanted I broke down to the supervisor at the Atlanta Greyhound about everything that has happened along our way if the first bus in Fayetteville was not broke down the second bus was not late we would have been in Memphis Tennessee before the winter storms even decided to hit she was very compassionate and kind and Greyhound put me and my five year old child into a hotel until a bus becomes available we have now been in a hotel for days still waiting on a bus to go to Memphis because of the storms I can honestly say after this experience I will never use Greyhound ever again in my life and I cannot recommend them to anybody this trip has been a very traumatizing for me and my child both I never plan to get stuck in bus stations for days on top of days and my money has dwindled down to almost nothing to where I can't even feed my child having to rely on other people to help me and my child this is absolutely ridiculous but I am thankful for them putting us into a hotel because that Atlanta Greyhound station is not a place for a child to sit for days

Greyhound Pros: Kind people along the way, Kind people.
Greyhound Cons: Long delays, Brokedown bus.
