Paid for a short commute. Forty five minutes is all.

Bus never showed. Asked for a credit to apply to next week. They, Greyhounds customer service, will do every thing they can to invalidate that...their bus did not show. Do what ever you can NOT to use this bus line.

Walk, skate board, bike what ever but think long and hard before you use this line. Pathetic to say the least.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $39.

I think that things really started to go downhill after Greyhound bought up Trailways so that they could have a monopoly. I wish that this disgusting company would finally go out of business once and for all. Riding their buses is like being in a Jail, Mental Hospital and Homeless Shelter all rolled into one.
