While buying online I thought they were asking if card was mine instead they were asking if ticket was,called right after and they said they couldn't change it sounds to me like it's a scam never used app before now I have voucher if I get they to them tried 4 times

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

You told them you knew what was going on and agreed. Do not agree to any terms if you haven't read or understand them. Thinking is what you didn't do and now it came back on you.

Ah yes...Another sure sign of a loser uses a default anon moniker but complains about someone else who does. There is no victim here.

There is someone who didn't bother to understand what they were doing before pushing a button. DO NOT AGREE to terms if you DON"T UNDERSTAND them.

And if everything else wasn't bad enough already, now you've got to worry about people going postal while you are riding the Greyhound.
